“Upon checking in the concierge was very nice and helpful, the hotel was very clean and breakfast and other amenities were extremely good. 24 hours fresh coffee and popcorn was great. I would definitely recommend friends and family to go stay there, I can’t wait for my next booking trip there.”

“There was no complementary coffee or tea in the lobby. The coffee shop/bar had very limited hours. Maid service was minimal. Front desk personnel were sometimes disinterested. The location was great, with easy access to highways and conveniently adjacent to a shopping center with multiple restaurants.”

“It was an okay place for a couple of nights stay. We booked the suite room. Small bathroom and overall. Smelly carpet. The first night we couldn’t sleep because the room above us was too noisy. Nothing fancy.”

“- poor cleanliness and general standard, especially fitted carpet that was extremely worn and dirty. - room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could. - baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up...

“The pool”

“The room had a damp smell comming from the bathroom. I stayed for 4 nights and the pool was closed for all 4 of them with no information as to why. Also asked to upgrade my room to one with hot tub on my day of arrival but got the answer that the hotel was fully booked with no vacant rooms, wich seemed strange as the parking lot was more or less empty every day and i barely saw any other guests.”

“Staff here is great, very welcoming. However the place itself could use some tlc. The faucet was extremely rusty and mold like and the bathtub also had some rust. The refrigerator was hot and overheating while plugged and the curtains were broken. There’s also a gap under the door leaving me no option but to put a towel there. I kinda expected a better experience but maybe another time.”
