“The room waa very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but they could do better with portion size. The eggs looked a little small to me. They need to have more than one server in the morning. There was a guest that waited about 15 min for the person to come out of the kitchen. Also putting barriers out make it look like the area is closed. ”

“Had to request a change of rooms after check-in because the original room smelled horrible and was visibly dirty, the soap dispenser was empty and the TV didn’t work. New room was better but carpets were still dirty and the overall condition of the room was poor. For the price this hotel is charging, the owners should consider renovating rooms and addressing the filthiness. Otherwise they need to significantly lower the price to realistically align with expectations. ”

“- poor cleanliness and general standard, especially fitted carpet that was extremely worn and dirty. - room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could. - baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up...

“I stayed at this hotel for a few hours just to rest. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the room was dirty. Room 217 April 25, 2026”

“The room had a damp smell comming from the bathroom. I stayed for 4 nights and the pool was closed for all 4 of them with no information as to why. Also asked to upgrade my room to one with hot tub on my day of arrival but got the answer that the hotel was fully booked with no vacant rooms, wich seemed strange as the parking lot was more or less empty every day and i barely saw any other guests.”
