Modern Farmhouse! POOL! 9 miles from Augusta National

We designed our modern farmhouse to be the perfect retreat from the busy day to day. The home is located on roughly 2 acres of privacy surrounded by pine trees with a beautiful screened in porch, heated pool and fire pit. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need, whether you plan to grill on the Green Egg or flip pancakes on the FiveStar griddle. We also have plenty of board games, a ping pong table, lawn games, basketball hoop and gaming room for indoor entertaining.

This modern yet cozy home was newly built, boasting beautiful wood floors throughout its entirety. Whether you want to cook a favorite meal, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or enjoy a dip in the pool, this home has it all. Curated with a mix of new and vintage, the space was designed to function for couples or groups. Located less than 15 minutes from Augusta National, the property is quite convenient to access while still enjoying some peace and quiet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a chef in mind. You will find custom quartz countertops from Italy, GE Café appliances and a FiveStar double oven. The island has hidden doors stocked with spices or seasonings. If coffee is your morning wake up call, there is a Nespresso machine with provided espresso and coffee pods. Additionally, locally sourced coffee beans will be available if you prefer a cup of French press. A teapot and several tea options will also be on hand to enjoy.

There are five bedrooms, each with a bed, dresser, desk, garment hanging space and luggage rack. The main level bedroom has a King bed followed by another King in the largest upstairs bedroom. The remaining bedrooms have a Queen, Full and Single, as well as a daybed option in the gaming room. The bedroom linens are hypoallergenic and brand new for your stay. Alarm clocks and a USB port will also be in each room so don’t forget your charging cords!

The first floor bedroom has a door that leads to the screened in patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The largest bedroom on the second floor has a private office space while the other bedrooms share a living area where you can cozy up with a good book or take an afternoon nap. A secondary office is located on the first floor with a printer and all other necessary supplies. Our Wi-Fi fully supports working from home and streaming services. We have several internet boosters throughout the home to ensure signal strength remains strong.

In the living room you will find an oversized three-piece sectional sofa and a comfortable chair that surround a coffee table with a functional chess board. Board games and books will be available if you don’t want to stream your favorite show on our 65” framed tv. Also to be noted, three other spaces within the home have similarly sized televisions so you don’t all have to share if you choose to have time alone.

The front porch has an oversized bed swing as well as three rocking chairs to enjoy. The back screened-in patio has a table that seats up to 10 guests overlooking the heated pool. Several seating options are also available by the pool including loungers and chairs. If you decide to make an evening fire and roast marshmallows, the firepit has comfortable Adirondack chairs waiting for you to sink into. A fire starter and marshmallow kit will be provided for your stay.

Guests have access to the entire house including the amenities located on property. Two garage spaces will also be available.

Other things to note!
As we have a passion for decorating, you may see some spaces look slightly different than in photos as we continually update and improve the home. We try to update the pictures as much as possible.

The home is not child-proof and has many areas unsafe for children (ladder, pool, stairs, etc.), so please be aware if you choose to bring your little ones that you are doing so at your own risk and keep an eye on them at all times.

We use a pest control service in and around the home, but you may see a few insects or other creatures. We will have insect repellent available but ask that you do your best to keep outside doors closed when not actively walking through to help prevent any bugs from getting inside.
