Each room is individually decorated, and it's a joy to make little discoveries in the decor that contribute to the overall theme. We've stayed in the 1776 Room, The Vineyard and Cozy Cabin, and all were fantastic. “The only good thing I can say about this property, is the breakfast was good. It's a shame , because this property has potential with a great location if only they would spend some money to update the property. It's outdated the furniture has probably been there since day one with stains all over the chairs and the beds are horrible! There is a musty order to the rooms and really needs a good cleaning. I'm sorry to say, I would not stay there again.”

The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience.”

“I loved the availability of the sink, fridge, microwave and dishwasher in the room. Everything looked clean for the most part but we did have a bug on the bed that my son killed before I got to see the type of bug as well as a spider on the wall while I was in bed. I also did not like that we had to pay for parking. It is ridiculous to pay for parking at a location you are already paying to stay. Real close by to multiple stores and restaurants including HEB, Buc-ee’s, dollar tree and more. ...

“We had a great and comfortable stay at the Schlitterbahn Resort. The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were like a cloud. I do not have much criticism. Water pressure and length for shower to get hot is one of my only areas of improvement. I had a difficult time getting the Dining Room window to lock but finally was able to do it. “Wimberley is such a nice, quirky town. This place was good as it is walking distance into the square. Nicely decorated rooms even though it is very noisy from outside and neighboring room’s aircon. The pool area is very nice. Staff is very friendly and service minded. We could stay again!”
