This pavilion is located in a gated residence close to Les Ayguades beach.
The terrace is furnished with seating for four people and two sun loungers.
The living room on the ground floor has air conditioning, a sofa bed and a television with French channels only. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo and classic coffee makers, a mini oven, a ceramic hob, a washing machine, a microwave and an extractor fan.
The bathroom has a washbasin, shower cubicle and WC.
Upstairs, the mezzanine has a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm and a wardrobe.

The Ayguades district, located halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan and part of the Gruissan commune, is renowned for its tranquillity, lake, local shops, market and long, wide beaches of fine sand.
The lake is ideal for windsurfing and other water sports, offering complete safety with no risk of drifting out to sea (perfect for beginners). Welcome to Résidence Belle-Île 1.
