A serviced 4 bedroom home in Chapalita is a 5 minute ride to Expo-Guadalajara and offers a perfect alternative to a hotel, featuring private bedrooms, fast internet, and hotel amenities. It is cleaned twice a week to keep a large number of towels fresh and tidy in a spacious home. Business groups and families alike appreciate this location, with two parks located on either side. There is plenty of space, both indoors and on outdoor patios, separated by a front and back area, and a gardens.

The space
This large, air-conditioned home has four bedrooms, with 6 beds, and internet throughout the property.
Business travelers that need to be near the Expo-Guadalajara find this ideal to have a private home nearby. Many enjoy the shopping and many restaurants that are in this area of the city.
The space is ideal for a party of 6-8 business travelers or family groups of up to 8 people who would share rooms and beds. So that you know – the house is serviced with your privacy in mind. Two floors of space give you four guestrooms upstairs, and on the first floor, two beds in the large living room.
The rest of the house has a dining room, kitchen and garden in front and back. Two parks are within a half block on either side. Parking is plentiful in front of this well-lit home. This home shares 3.5 bathrooms, of which two are ensuites.

Guest access
This property is a four-bedroom house with two stories of space for groups coming to an Expo Event or a vacation.
A washer and dryer are on-site and available for guests staying four days or longer.
All guestrooms have a 4K television if they want to relax with a movie or news. All areas are for guests, except the back service staircase that leads to a private apartment for hosts & service when they are home. The house is yours to use and treat as you find it, with all smoking outside in designated areas. The small but well-equipped kitchen can store food for preparation if the 25+ restaurants surrounding this neighborhood differ from what you would like to try out. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook and serve a meal. The cabinet in the dining room is not for guest use. Only the housekeeper can break the crystal and souvenirs from my travels and gifts from around the world. There are settings for meal service in the kitchen for the number of guests in the party, as mentioned.
There are parks on either side of the property, within half a block.
Supermarkets, an excellent classic-style butcher, and shopping are all nearby. If you enjoy walking, this is also an ideal area to do it in. The downtown historical area is a short Uber ride away and just far enough for quiet nights to sleep.

Other things to note
Smoking is allowed outside the house only. There are places ready for smoking in the front garden or parking areas. A patio and a small garden area in the back are also available.
The person booking the house must inform the other guests of this common rule. Easy rule and pretty much standard practice these days. Thank you so much for your attention to this small appreciation.
The kitchen has nearly everything you need for food preparation or beverage service. As noted before, we can order groceries with a 24-hour notice of arrival. The Dining room cabinet is not for guest use. It is the housekeeper's job to break the crystal!
We are a keyed or keyless property for many groups arriving at different times. Codes to enter the security gate and each guestroom are different for each guest(unless it is one group). These codes are sent to the person who books this property to assign to those arriving at different hours of the day or night. They are sent up to an hour before arrival to the host. The host can then send them to those arriving at different hours. CO2 & smoke detectors are placed in correct locations that will alert anyone in the house to make sure the house is safe and secure for all.
