Michelle was an excellent host, and we had a wonderful time staying at her place while visiting our son. She was always quick to respond. I gave her a few suggestions, and she was more than receptive. You can tell she takes pride in her property and wants her guests to feel at home.

Quick visit turnaround, great neighborhood

Had a wonderful time at this property, which we needed to book on short notice. The home was very spacious, with a great backyard. The home comfortably housed 4 adults and a small kid. Would absolutely re-book if the need arose.

So close to so much

We had a great time in Guadalupe. Everyone was so friendly with a small-town vibe. The house was clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The views of the hills were beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. The nearby Guadalupe dunes and beach were beautiful and there were great bike rides, hikes, and towns to visit all close by. Anything you might need is in Guadalupe or nearby Santa Maria. Michelle was so easy to communicate with and super-helpful.

Family Holiday Week

This was a great property for us to celebrate our family Christmas holiday! The location was close to everything that we needed (wineries, dunes, beach, Santa Maria). The house was spacious, and there was plenty of room for people to spread out. We loved the large garage. The TV was new and had a lot of options. The primary bedroom was beautiful. A few areas for improvement: The gas grill was very dirty; the toaster and coffee maker need to be replaced, as they do not work properly (the coffee machine was filthy). The glasswear needs to be replaced with water glasses and new wine glasses. The cutlery is in poor condition, was dirty and needs replacement. There was a bit of an insect problem inside the home. Lastly, there seems to be something wrong with the oven. We had to have it on 450 deg to cook anything.

Nice and clean home. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access. Town is a bit cold so heater was on upon our arrival that was great. Beautiful backyard. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for my daughter's birthday weekend the house was beautiful, everything was accessible nice backyard area , garage parking and Master bedroom was amazing just right for me and my family of 3!

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful home. Michelle made sure that there was everything that you might need for a lovely stay. The beds were very comfortable. We went to Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara. We had a fantastic time!

Beautiful home

Home was clean, beautiful, and well appointed! Fees were reasonable and communication was good. The neighborhood was quiet with a view of the mountains. It did seem quite a drive to reach the coast, but the fields in the area are lovely. What isn't clear from the listing (and I should have asked) is that all of the bedrooms are on the top floor up a fairly steep set of stairs. I brought my parents, who are in their 80's, for their 65th wedding anniversary. The stairs we a bit much for them to navigate. So, please be aware if you or someone in your party has mobility issues. We had a wonderful time celebrating in a totally beautiful place!!

Beautiful and pleasant country charmer!

We had a lovely stay in this clean, new home with all the amenities we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful the few times we needed to contact them during our stay. The location is a bit remote so just be aware that if you are intending to visit any nearby attractions, i.e. Pismo Beach, Oceano Dunes, etc. it is a 15-20 minute drive and could be longer depending on traffic. Overall though, this home is a great value for the price and excellent for large groups or families who need a little more room to stretch out but still want a clean, quiet place to stay. Also, Santa Maria is a very quick drive up one of the back roads so we found it very easy to visit Costco, Target, etc. to stock up on essentials. Will definitely visit again in the future!
