Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register every guest and submit the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, you must complete a form with visitor details.



Security deposit:

A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount is automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after departure, provided no damage or incidents have been detected in the property.
