âThis hotel was really amazing!! I had read some positive reviews about this hotel already, but it was even better than I expected. Everything about this hotel was perfect. You get such good value for the money. Everything from the rooms that are spacious, to the fabulous breakfast, to the location on the beach, friendly waiters in the restaurant - everything was really really great! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who plan to stay in St Martin in Philipsburg.

âWe had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.â

Had no internet outside the resort so we used the app maps.me which worked well. Visited 5 different beaches The resort beach (Dawns beach) best snorkling beach. âGreat weekend getaway. This place is located right on the beach, tons of shops and good food and entertainment within easy walking distance. This is a family run place and they are very friendly. I received a warm welcome and they showed me to my room. Next time I come back to the island, I will try to get a room here. â
