En una estancia de un par de días, no cambiaron toallas, ni ropa de cama. Al pisar con los pies descalzos el piso nos dejan entrever que no trapean adecuadamente las habitaciones y, finalmente, no proveen de una simple y pequeña pastilla de jabón, en el segundo día de la estancia.

Do not recommend at all, room was not clean. Pillows had stains, no division between shower and toilet.

Instalaciones cerca del centro, cómodas para quienes sólo quieren pasar la noche, pero las cobijas del hotel y las sabanas estaba manchadas y sucias. Debería cambiarlas por unas nuevas, ya que da muy mal aspecto.

This property was clean and well staffed and friendly. The staff even looked out for us and made sure that we found our way around and back to the hotel since we were not familiar with the area. The property was so convenient since it was walkable distance to shopping and restaurants. I would go back there in a heartbeat

I booked a room with terrace and enjoyed beautiful view during my stay. The hotel is very close to center of the town, so you can hear every noise(laughters, bells, people singing) from the street (this is good or bad depends on your preferences). The hotel itself is quirky, with many steep stairs and no elevator. My group is young and find this experience interesting, but it may be troublesome for older people. Overall its a good experience, don't miss out the terrace room! it's worth it

Hotel is really nice and clean. Just a walk from all tourists areas and attractions. I do however not recommend it to people with back and feet problems because it is a steep walk and lots of stairs.

Downtown beautiful view
Friendly staff only bad thing is the parking but they find a way to send you to a different location and send a shuttle to pick you up. Besides that beautiful comfortable great location breakfast is delicious.

Es un timo. Ofrecen estacionamiento pero está al aire libre, lejos del hotel, inseguro y hay que pagar taxi que te regrese al hotel. Era enero, hacía frio y no tienen cobijas, cuando pedí unas dijeron que no tenian pero que buscarían, llevaron algunas que dejaban qué desear. No volvería

this property has a good location, buuuuutttt it is situated on a VERY INCLINED STREET,,,, for elderly people almost impossible to reach . there was A LOT of noise from cars, dogs, even people talking down the street could be heard, the bathroom was soooo disgusting, water didn´t went through the shower drain, andl the whole porperty smell very very bad, we had to leave after 2 night and go to another hotel........sorry, I know it´s a 2 star hotel, but it was too much

El hotel no está situado en donde lo anuncian. Es un callejón angosto en donde no entran autos. Tienes que caminar cargando equipaje. Intentaron darme una habitación que no correspondia con lo ofrecido. Tardé dos horas en instalarme. No pude salir de noche por el entorno poco centrico y con falta de luz. El precio no corresponde con lo que ofrecen. Publicidad engañosa. Tuve que hablar con el gerente para que cumplieran lo edtablecido

Our room had amazing view of Guanajuato which we really enjoyed. It was a little difficult to find but it’s a convenient location near El Callejón del Beso. The staff was really helpful especially when helping take our luggage upstairs since there’s no elevator. Breakfast was delicious as well!

Pleasantly surprised
Excellent service and very friendly staff. Very safe controlled access. Our taxi had trouble finding it. Hotel is down an callejon (alley) you need to walk down steep stairs, Breakfast was included and very good. We left our luggage in storage as our flight was late at night. Recommend

En general bien. El estacionamiento queda muy lejos y es en una plaza, sin embargo muy amablemente ofrecen el servicio de traslado gratuito. El hotel es bonito, cómodo y bien ubicado. La atención es impecable . Para mí, el único pero, es que es muy ruidoso. Las puertas son metálicas y todo se escucha. Así que dormir en la mañana no es opción ,
