"Super nice and cozy hotel. Beautiful concept and great location, 1 minute walking from Guanajuato’s center, but hidden enough from the crowds and noise. Pool is a plus, my 2 little girls loved it. The terrace was an unexpected surprise, with an awesome view of the city. On the downside, in our opinion, the beds were extremely soft. We got back and neck pain after a couple of nights. The pool was somewhere between fresh to cold, even though staff “tried” to warm it up several times. Other than that, 10/10!"
