“Very well located with lots of facilities. Next to Beijing Road and near enough to the metro system. The room was comfortable with good amenities. The hotel also offered an excellent breakfast spread, free supper and decent gym and laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and willing to help. ”

“First room we were given was weird shape. Advised front desk immediately we wanted room change. This was completed mid day next morning. This room was exactly what we expected. We were staying for month, so needed good room. Close to everything! Shops, Beijing road, underground. Safe in room, but as this was 'free standing' seemed pointless to use, but as is usual in China camera's everywhere so security not really an issue. Without room change, and weird safe I would give this place a big 5...

“Overall, everything is in order. It is a quiet place and the room is adequately spacious for 2 . The room is clean and the pillows and beds are nice to tuck in each night. Of course we have difficulty adjusting the Aircon switch and tv as we do not read Chinese instructions.But we asked the cleaning lady and she assisted to adjust and explained each step. Yuki ,the front desk lady whom we met on the very first and last day gave us a very good impression of hotel 1st class hospitality service! ...

“Inget svart kaffe till frukost. Frukost var okey men inget mer än så. I appen så framgick inte att rummet var utan fönster, och det luktade mögel och fukt. Jag blev dock uppgraderad av hotellet till ett rum med fönster. Och det var ett problem som dom visste om med hotels.com. Väldigt lyhörda fönster så man hörde allt från gatan. ”

“Booked a superior room but got an “upgrade” This is not a hotel. In the lobby you’d find signs for a number of companies that run these rooms. The room I got looked nothing like the photos. The front desk cited an electrical issue and gave us an upgrade- with three plain beds, a dripping A/C unit and shower with a toilet in it. When I insisted, they said they could move us to the room the room the next day at noon because someone was in it. So it wasn’t an electrical issue. We checked out...
