“The property is very nice and the price is great for the area. Melvin the front desk assistant manager is awesome. He is very polite, friendly and always does his best to accommodate us every time we visit Juan Dolio. A lot of the staff member have been working there for years. The service in the buffet needs improvement, there was only one guys working hard to provide people with services. ”

“The people that worked at the hotel gave at first a really good impression. One of the owners spoke to us as well and was very nice. This was all in the beginning. It started with that we wanted to stay three more nights. (as we told them in the beginning that we proably would) The owner was very nice and showed us some new rooms, when we decided that we didnt wanted to upgrade and pay more then we already did he started to get really rude and angry. We got a standardroom as we had before...
