“Ett f.d. fantastiskt hotell. Men det har schangserat och är delvis nedgånget. Vissa delar (spa-avdelningen t.ex.) är fortfarande jättefina. Lobbyn fantastisk. Städningen på rummet var katastrof. Det värsta jag varit med om. Jag sa till flera gånger, men det blev bra först efter omstädning. Detta upprepade sig var och varannan dag. Sade jag inte till så förblev det ostädat. “A bit expensive for a hotel in Georgia but in the end it is worth the extra cash. Very good breakfast buffet, attentive staff and the view from the patio is a highlight. Great water pressure in the shower. ”

“Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of Mt Kazbegi, and a nice yard, and the host is very nice and accommodating.
