“Receptionist who checked us in was good, but rest of staff not welcoming at all. Room upgrade was ok but seemed unfinished or lack of furniture. Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property. Breakfast was quite good. Spa and swimming pool is available for extra charge but affordable. Can become an amazing hotel.”

“Ett f.d. fantastiskt hotell. Men det har schangserat och är delvis nedgånget. Vissa delar (spa-avdelningen t.ex.) är fortfarande jättefina. Lobbyn fantastisk. Städningen på rummet var katastrof. Det värsta jag varit med om. Jag sa till flera gånger, men det blev bra först efter omstädning. Detta upprepade sig var och varannan dag. Sade jag inte till så förblev det ostädat. “We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

“Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. Staff was friendly dinner with a view was good. Great view from the room and good water pressure. Clean water to drink right out of the tap.”
