Cell service gets patchy in the redwoods, so downloading offline maps before you arrive is worth it.



Other Things to Note:

The cottage stays naturally cool thanks to the shading redwoods — most Russian River properties don't have AC, and the forest canopy keeps temperatures comfortable even on warm days. The primary renter must be 21 or older. Your dogs are welcome here! Please keep them off the furniture, never leave them unattended, wipe their paws when coming inside, use a mat under their water bowls, and always pick up after them in the yard.
