Cleaning Fees

Cleaning fee covers standard post-stay cleaning
Excessive cleaning will be charged at $30/hour
Mid-stay cleaning available for stays of 13+ days
Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside the home
A $500 additional cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors

No A/C (cool coastal evenings—opening windows keeps the home comfortable)
Hot Tub Use

Professionally serviced regularly
Guests assume responsibility for safe use
Extra towels provided for hot tub use (please bring your own beach towels)
Guests may be charged for draining and cleaning if water is contaminated
Due to the remote location, hot tub functionality cannot be guaranteed at all times
Pet-Friendly Rules

Must notify us prior to check-in (breed and size); additional cleaning fee may apply
Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds
Dogs may not be left unattended unless crated
Guests must clean up after pets on and off the property
Dogs must follow local leash laws
Dogs are not allowed in the hot tub
