The open plan living room boasts a living area and a kitchen/dining area and is furnished with a sofa bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m) for two and a modern electrical fireplace. The modern kitchen unit is furnished with a 4 burner ceran stove, an oven with a microwave, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a water filter, an espresso machine and more. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (2x90x2.00m) and wardrobes. The bathrooms boast a shower, a bidet and a toilet; one of the bathrooms is ensuite. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also available. High end towels, bath robes and bedding are supplied.

The entrance area to the holiday home is via a traditional Spanish inner courtyard with a small water feature. From the heated community pool (8x8m), you can enjoy views of the tropical garden and the ocean. The Finca is in a quiet location amidst beautiful mountain scenery with very few neighbours, protected from view.

The sun terrace with a pergola runs along the entire length of the house and is accessible from the living room and to both bedrooms via glass doors. A beautiful wicker lounger for two, sun loungers and a dining table with six chairs is available for your enjoyment.
