The accommodations are a house of 110m² located in a quiet area in a small hamlet 400m from the sea (8min walk), 12min walk from all amenities (7 restaurants, Carrefour City, bakery, hairdresser, physiotherapist, ), and the marina of Guidel.

Comfortable house, completely renovated (this winter), with private garden, enclosed.

Capacity 6 people, perfectly suitable for a couple with 3 children.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area between the city and the ocean. You will be a 4-minute walk from Guidel Plage with its shops, bars, restaurants, water sports centre, the Laïta estuary and its hikes.

A 5-minute drive away, you can reach Guidel bourg with all the shops (Supermarket, Butcher, Fishmonger, Bakery, Press...) and the traditional Guidel market every Saturday.

Bus stop to Lorient a few minutes walk away.
