Ren och rymlig exklusiv 4BR 3BA modernt hus på .5 tunnland mycket med första våningen sovrum och stor Master BR suite! Gourmet kök, trägolv, bekväma sängar, antikviteter och mer. Luftkonditionerade med stor wraparound däck på tre sidor och uteservering, gasgrill. Vacker landskapsarkitektur med något alltid i blom. Två kajaker, bordtennis, fotboll och massor av spel och böcker. Promenera till stan på trottoarer (20 minuter). Nära Guilford Green med charmiga butiksaffärer och liten mataffär. Stor mataffär och Walmart 5 minuter med bil. Clinton uttag handlar bara 15 minuter med bil. Massor av bra lokala restauranger, lokala färsk fiskmarknad och veckoböndernas marknad i Madison. Ta en gratis spel eller konsert på Green i staden under sommaren eller njut av levande musik och dans lokalt. We had a great stay! We appreciated the host leaving the Christmas tree and other festive decorations as we were staying over the holidays. The house was great as usual - we have stayed before - with enough room for everyone to spread out and nice places for everyone to gather. The host is always very responsive.

Fantastic home, close to all that Guilford has to offer, beaches, dining, great water views, easy ride/walk to town green and historic Whitfield house. Super comfortable as we had 6 big adults.

Family Getaway

Great location with the beach, playground and splash pad right there. Beautiful sunrise and sunset viewing from the wrap around deck. Nice property.

Beautiful home and Judy is a great host. Has everything you need and close to a nice little beach and playground. Nice views out over the water, good places to walk, explore the coast. We had a great getaway.

Just perfect

Our stay at this property can only be described as perfect. My family and I all felt very much at home. The views are quite stunning and we all enjoyed the abundance of sea birds, particularly the family of ospreys. Many conveniences nearby. Highly recommend this property!

Family beach week

This was a return visit to this property that is just a short walk from Jacob’s Beach and park. This beach is great for children as it is protected from large waves and is shallow for a good distance out from the shore. The house has lots of toys for the children and plenty of room for everyone.

The water views from the house are beautiful. But it was a little unclear how to actually access the water. It turns out if you're willing to walk across the neighbor's lawn, there's a very nice trail to the beach. We mainly hung out at the house, doing a lots of cooking in the very well equipped kitchen and playing games and ping pong. The art work in the house was also interesting.

Great place

Great house with nice open layout in the living room, dining room kitchen area which made hanging out with our big group of 8 people very enjoyable. Well appointed kitchen, everything you need for the beach (chairs, towels), etc. Amazing views of the coastal area and the ocean. Communication with the host was very easy. Nice area to explore and enjoy. We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!

Our Family Gathering

We all loved the setting and layout of this wonderful house. The kitchen is amazing! Our meals were easy to make together. Lots of space to gather together for a surprise Baby Shower. A great playroom for the little ones. The bedrooms were so comfortable and plentiful. The highlight for the little ones was the jacuzzi!! We want to come back to this lovely place.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed a week in Guilford. The children safely played in the yard and rode their push bikes in the driveway. The privacy and views were excellent. The house easily provided ample space for us all. We walked to the beach and enjoyed playing in the sand and running in the splash pad. Mystic Aquarium and Hamonassett State Park were easy car rides. Our host Judy could not have been nicer. The town of Guilford is very charming and only 1 mile from the rental. We had a wonderful week.

Lovely home -close to beach

This is a well equipped home for a family stay. The lower level has lots of toys for children and some games for teens and adults. There was plenty of equipment for the beach and water fun. The beach and playground is a 5 minute walk. Many restaurants are a short drive away.

Beautiful views overlooking Long Island Sound

Judy was a responsive host who met us at the house when we arrived. This beautiful house had water views from all three sides of the wrap around deck. The house was located right across the street from the beach and in walking distance from a couple of local favorite restaurants in the nearby harbor. We had a well needed quiet and relaxing weekend with friends in this gorgeous, tranquil area.

Superb rental!

I wish I could have given this property more than five stars! It’s a gorgeous home, private, conveniently located with amazing views! Surrounded by water. The home is immaculate, well equipped. The jacuzzi and MBR shower were luxurious. The beds are comfortable and the basement “rec room” was a bonus. My family and friends and I felt very blessed to stay here for 2+ weeks. Also of note….the property owner, Judy, is very responsive and helpful. Perfect vacation experience!
