It comprises a living/dining room (TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, sofa), a kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer), a bedroom with a double bed (140x1.90m) and a single bed (90x2m), and a second bedroom, separated by a hallway, with a double bed (140x1.90m) and a single bed (90x2m). There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a separate toilet outside, to the right of the veranda adjoining the gîte. The enclosed garden includes garden furniture, deckchairs, a pétanque court, a small 12m² garage for bicycles, outdoor parking for two vehicles, and a barbecue. Bed linens, kitchen towels, bath towels, and gas central heating are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. An optional end-of-stay cleaning package is also available. An electric vehicle charging point is available in the garage (included in the price).
