PERFECT LOCATION!!!! This brand new fully custom SMARTHOME townhouse is renovated, designed and ready to host your next adventure. No detail was left undone in this amazing family friendly property!! Navarre & Pensacola Beach, The Zoo, Shops, Military Bases and so much more are ALL just minutes away from this designer slice of heaven. We have everything you and your family needs for the most enjoyable getaway!!! LITERALLY JUST PACK YOUR BAGS, WE DID THE REST!

Being a Super Host means that details matter, and this property has EVERY single detail covered.

No more trying to cram your beach items, toiletries, fans, kids toys, games, baby equipment, and whatever else needs to come to the beach with you. Beach Boho 1 has you covered!

The bright and airy colors combined with the open floor plan allows for a relaxing environment where everyone is included!

The kitchen is FULLY stocked for your cooking needs (including plentiful kids serving ware, plates, cups ect). The living has comfy individual recliners perfect for a movie night on the 65 inch smart tv while wrapped up in a cozy throw blanket.

The security system provides you the comfort knowing your home away from home has everything needed to keep your mind at ease. Security is out top priority: from smart locks, to Alexa controlled lights, to automatic porch lights, and interior audible door bell chimes (in case your littles want to sneak out to the garage for some more play time :) ).

All 5 beds are sooo dreamy and cozy ensuring you get a full night's rest to keep you energized for another beach day. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs to stay up on your shows/programming needs. The wifi is blazing fast to ensure all devices are at peak performance.

At this point you should have booked already :), but in case you need more convincing, the garage is fully loaded with toys, and EVERY beach item you might need. Speaking of BEACHES- we are 2 miles away from the nearest public beach (at the back of the neighborhood and make a right to 4991 Soundside), just 8 miles from the beautiful and serene Navarre Beach, and only 12 miles from all the action packed fun at Pensacola Beach! We are one block away from the Gulf Breeze Zoo and a few streets away from a boat launch for the fishermen! Wanting a pool for the kids?! No problem, both local YMCAs participate in the national YMCA membership program where families can use their services. There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool divided between the Gulf Breeze and Navarre branches! No membership? We will happily comp your family a day pass rate to go enjoy the amenities for the day :)

This townhome is LITERALLY in the smack center of everything you need: beaches, restaurants, stores, shopping, coffee (multiple Starbucks), military bases, attractions, food truck park, Naval Live Oaks Nature Preserve (1,300 acres total) with shoreline hiking trails.

This was an amazing place to stay! It had everything that we could have needed, including everything for days at the beach. We have young children and they loved playing with all the toys. It was a perfect vacation house, definitely recommend
