Pet friendly next to golf course/Pensacola Beach

This home is an entire apartment located in a triplex on a corner lot, sleeps 8. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the other 2 bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The main bedroom has an attached bathroom. A hall bath is shared for the other two bedrooms. Come and enjoy the comforts of staying in an entire home vs a hotel suite.

Directly across from Tiger Point Golf Course and walking distance from a grocery store, quick and easy access to US-98, 7.5 miles (10 min) to Pensacola Beach.
The space
Enjoy your private space with a private entrance. Walk into the living room with a T.V., sofa, and loveseat. It opens directly into the dining area where everyone can sit at a large table that will accommodate seating for up to 8 with an adjacent kitchen where you can cook like at your own home.

A hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. The 2nd full bathroom is located in the main bedroom. All 3 bedroom come with T.V., closet, and luggage racks.
Guest access
You will have full, and personal use of the whole unit and back yard.
Other things to note
If you would like to bring your dog, we can discuss it. The yard is fenced in and there will be a $25 per pet fee for the stay. Wifi is available throughout the unit with cable TV in the living room. Each bedroom has its own TV with local area antennas. All TV's are Amazon Fire Televisions to watch any subscriptions you may have to sign into your personal accounts. (Hulu, You Tube, Netflix)

We are located in one of the best school districts in the area. Beach chairs, coolers, and umbrella are provided. Upon request, I can accommodate parking for any size R.V. trailer or semi tractor trailer.
