“Room a/c made so much noise we had to turn it all the way off. No washcloths in bathroom.”

Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. “Our room was excellent except the thermostat had it's own mind! Breakfast was great! A good variety of choices and everything we had was tasty! The staff was accommodating, welcoming and friendly! ”

“We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service.”
