My only feedback is the cold water in pools. They are not heated and I think I saw maybe 2-4 people in the water during our 2-day stay. It seems common in Koh Samui not to have heated pools, but it felt a bit wasted to have the pool outside your room with direct access but it was painful to jump in.

“Amazing hotel and great ambiance and nice looking people. We stayed there with kids and loved the kids club, the small pools where perfect for us and right next to the beach. And this beach was the nicest we been to in whole Koh Samui. So overall really really good. One tip, if you stay at the ocean front + room pool, the pool is next to a very busy road. So its not cozy, but works for a night or two. Take the balcony pool instead or other room with pool.”

“This is a unique experience. It’s truly a beautiful place. Perhaps 8-10 other guests while we were there. We only spent time in the room to sleep. When we weren’t out on excursions we were sitting at the beautiful infinity pool with the most incredible view. Staff are super genuine and kind though a little young and inexperienced. Check in and check out needs some improvement. Beware of the very steep driveway. I would not try to do that at night without seeing it first in daylight and I drive...
“I have been travelling all over the World and sleept in hundreds different Hotels but none of them had a garden as Chaweng Regent. My hat off for the Architect. Everything was perfect, from the breakfast to the two pool area, the garden with all the goldfish, trees, bushes, even birds and place at the Beach. The gym was enough for the workout. I give this resort a BIG and HUGE 5 star rate and I totally recomend it!”
“Nice hotel with a perfect location at Bobhut beach near the fishermen village. Service was superb! We really appreciated the service at the pool/beach and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very flexible and gladly made special meals for our 1,5 year old. The kids pool was a bit deep for really young kids. Fantastisk frukostbuffe´varje dag med kockar som lagade till det extra som man ville ha.

"Poolen ok, bar och restaurang stänger redan 19.00 - helt ofattbart på ett hotell. Hotellet ligger också precis under inflygningsrutten och avreserutten för samtliga flygplan till och från Koh Samui och de flyger från 07.00 på morgonen till sena kvällen med minst 2 flyg per timme. Inte särskilt trevligt på ett semesterboende. "
