About A Salty Breeze

A Salty Breeze is beautiful inside and out! Located directly on Gulf Shores’ tranquil Little Lagoon with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, the home will not disappoint!  The main level Lagoon- front deck features lounge chairs, a dining table, and a private pool. Unique to this house is a large private beach area, perfect for games and building sand castles. The private pier is perfect for fishing, crabbing, or just jumping in for a swim. This luxury home comes with a gas grill and fire pit.

Inside, A Salty Breeze is absolutely stunning - both the interior and the views are sure to impress! Guests can conveniently take the elevator from the carport to the first floor, making arrival and unloading a breeze. Please note that the elevator does not access the second floor. The main level features a gorgeous chef’s kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, including double dishwashers, double refrigerators, and an ice maker. This fabulous kitchen boasts plenty of storage and counter space to prepare 5-star meals. Enjoy dinner at the dining table for 8 or at the bar, which seats an additional 8. The large and comfortable living room provides plenty of seating and a mounted TV. A convenient powder room is found on the main level for all guests to use, as well as two of the six bedrooms. The master suite boasts a beautiful 5-piece luxury bathroom, water views, balcony access, a king bed, and a mounted TV. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, a TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Moving up to the top floor, guests will find four bedrooms plus an additional living area. The open living area has a TV, a half bath, plus two twin-size, built-in bunks. Bedroom #3 sleeps 6 people in two queen beds with two twin bunks on top. Bedroom #3 has a TV and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 features a king bed, a TV, and a private balcony. The private bathroom in bedroom #4 has a walk-in shower. Bedroom #5 sleeps 4 in 2 queen beds and comes with a TV and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Finally, bedroom #6 features a king bed, a private balcony, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
