    The Space:

    **SNOWBIRD MONTHLY RATE** $2700 base rent rate per month. This DOES NOT include Airbnb fees or other platform fees, applicable taxes, and cleaning. Please message us directly to get a more accurate all-in price.



    Welcome to Sundial in Gulf Shores, Alabama!

    **You get 1 parking pass with your reservation, a 2nd parking pass will be an additional charge of $25**



    Upon entering the complex, you will have a designated parking spot under the complex labeled B3. Any additional vehicle can park in a guest parking spot or along the fence line.



    You can take the elevators or steps to the 3rd floor to locate unit B3 on the right!



    Upon entering the unit, you will see the kitchen and dining area on the right and the living room just beyond the dining space.



    Enjoy comfortable seating on the sectional couch in the living space with balcony access!



    The kitchen is fully stocked with all needed items for you to enjoy your stay!



    On the main living area floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Both bedrooms feature a king bed. The primary room has an en-suite bathroom and balcony access.



    The steps from the living room leads to the upstairs loft which has 2 sets of twin bunk beds!



    Take advantage of the washer/dryer inside the unit so you can go home with clean clothes and re-use your towels throughout your stay!



    Enjoy the community pool and quick access to the beautiful white sands of the Alabama Gulf Coast!



    Guest Access:

    Guest will have private access to everything inside of the condo including balcony access! Guest can use the parking spot specifically for B3.



    Guest will also have full access to the community pool and beach access for the complex!



    Other Things to Note:

    Please eat at designated eating areas to avoid stains on furniture.



    Interaction with Guests:

    Orange Beach Life Property Management will be available to assist guests before, during, and after each stay.

We really enjoyed the space, it was clean and .plenty of room for our family of 8 to spread out- the location was absolutely stunning. Great host experience and we would visit here again.

Beautiful property right on the beach!! The host was great and very attentive. Very thoughtful to have beach equipment we were able to use like chairs, volleyball, and much much more!! He even had a wagon for use to transport the beach items!! The instructions were easy to understand and the food suggestions were a plus!! Parking was conveniently located right under the property.

Truly impressed with the accommodations. Grrrreat communication with the host. If you cook instead of going out, you’re covered. If you want to go out but not too far…there’s a restaurant, market, ice cream shop and a seafood market right across the street. But you don’t have to travel far if you’d like to experience more. Easy access to the beach. May I suggest you drive a compact vehicle for the assigned parking space - however if your parking skills are A then you’re good to go!
