Wonderful stay! The view is amazing, beach was not too crowded, and we had everything we needed. The condo was. Clean, very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. we really enjoyed it!! The host was easy to reach and responsive!!

The owner was extremely nice and was quick to respond to my messages. We realized we didn't have mixing and serving bowls so she purchased some from Target and brought the right to us. She was truly great!! My biggest issue with the unit is that it is advertised as coming with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, which lead me to believe the rented ones were included with the unit rental. However, they are NOT. There is a closet on the patio that has a lot of the beach chairs that you would purchase from Walmart (as well as one of the umbrellas you would purchase from Walmart). I had to rent the chairs for the week, which was 225.00 (Mon-Friday rental). The pool looks small in the pictures but it was never crowded. The beach wasn't crowded either. One other thing to note is that while the listing does show a lot of towels on the racks in the bathrooms, the unit is only equipped with 6 towels, 6 washcloths. If you need more than that, you may want to bring some with you. It also comes with 2 dish rags, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Another thing to note is that the unit is right off the elevator, which is extremely handy and there was never a wait for the elevator - even on check in day.

Family fun in the sun

The property was clean, spacious, and convenient. We loved being right on the beach and so close to so many restaurants and attractions. We had everything we needed and had great communication before and during our stay.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It looks even nicer than the pictures. It was nice to be able to go between the pool and beach easily. The owner was also very helpful and responsive, and she brought a stool for my toddler to be able to use the sinks easily. One thing to note is that the tvs don’t have apps, so bring a fire stick or Roku if you want apps.

The Relaxation We Needed

We were looking for a condo right on the beach with an ocean view while laying in bed. This condo exceeded our expectations and the owner was so sweet and answered all my questions before and during our stay. We will definitely be booking through her again!

Vacation

Upon arriving, we were caught off guard when we were told parking passes were $30.00. Online it states parking available on property. No, I did not read the fine print after we made reservations, reading where it stated, must purchase parking pass. The pool was not cleaned the time we stayed. We wanted to swim in the pool since the beaches were closed, the pool was dirty, so we did not get to swim. The room was good. I looked for small pots, a pizza cutter and other items, most VRBO places we have stayed in the past supply most of the items. This one seemed to not supply as much. The hot water ran out quickly, so did not get a hot shower while there, luke warm at best. One door in the kitchen had a small table in front of it. When we moved the table, the door would not stay shut.

Great Property
