This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6 with gorgeous 4th views of the gulf! Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, large living space, spacious bedrooms, community pool, and direct beach access!

The Space:
This complex has **paid parking**! You will receive one parking pass with your stay. Any additional passes are $40 which will be collected after booking if the pass is needed. 2 vehicles are allowed per unit in the parking lot.

***This unit does not have a washer/dryer inside the unit*** The complex has a community laundromat on the ground floor. $2 for a wash cycle and $2 for a dry cycle. Bring cash or credit card.

Upon parking in the complex, you can take the elevators located in the center of the building up to the 4th floor. Exit right and unit 456 will be on your left.

Upon entering the unit you will see the kitchen directly ahead which leads into the dining space and living room.

To the left of the kitchen is the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom. This room features a king bed and walk-in shower with shower seat/grab bars.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking items, dishes, and silverware. Oven/stove, refrigerator, Keurig drip/single cup combo machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crockpot, glasses....everything you need on your stay!

The dining space features a table with 4 seats!

Enjoy the comfortable seating in the living room including a sofa and 2 chairs! The sofa also converts into a queen pullout to sleep 2 people! Directly off the living room is the balcony to enjoy those beautiful gulf views with comfortable polywood chairs!

To the left of the living room is the 2nd bedroom which features 1 twin bed and 1 queen bed! Also located on the left handed wall is the secondary bathroom which features another walk-in shower!

Guest Access:
Guest will have private access to everything inside the unit including the private balcony!

Guest will also be able to enjoy the community pool and utilize the community laundromat located on the ground floor.

Interaction with Guests:
Orange Beach Life Property Management will be available before, during, and after each guest reservation to assist guests.
