Pet Friendly! Gorgeous House Right On The Bay With Private Dock

FEATURES:
B on the Bay is a private home down Fort Morgan Rd. which keeps it out of the bustle of the main beach road. Enjoy watching the rising and setting sun from the back balcony or in the lawn chairs. Take a walk out onto the dock and really take in the bay air. The front yard has a garden that keep the area colorful. The entire home features wooden floors.
MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed . A walk-in closet stocked with hangars provides a great place to hang up all of your clothes and keep your luggage out of sight. Each side of the bed has an adjustable lamp to provide great reading light. The room features a Smart TV with smart functionality through DirecTV. You also have cable through DirecTV, so you have plenty of options to watch whatever you want for the night.

MASTER BATH:
Enjoy the vanity area with a stylish mirror and an adjustable makeup mirror. Multiple outlets right by the sink let you plug in and charge any of your bathroom devices. Enjoy the gorgeous walk-in shower that offers a sitting bench so you can wash while resting!

GUEST BEDROOM #1:
The guest bedroom features a Queen sized bed. A private closet allows you to hang up your clothes. A dresser provides some additional storage place for clothes. Enjoy some late-night reading with the light from the lamp. The room features a Smart TV as well.

GUEST BATH #1:
This bath features a shower/tub combo unit that is well lit from the light located directly in the shower. The vanity mirror is gorgeous and makes getting ready in the morning and winding down at night such a great sight.

LIVING AREA:
The living room offers sofa with multiple chairs that create plenty of seating space and there is sitting for 4 at the dining table in the dining room. Enjoy looking out the windows to have an eye on the beautiful scenery. A Smart TV with cable provides an excellent distraction if the weather isn't cooperating in the moment. For when the weather is nice, enjoy the large balcony with great views of the bay. A dedicated work desk is located in the dining room in case you need to do some work while away from home.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. A large stainless steel fridge has plenty of storage for food and drinks, and the freezer is large enough to stay stocked up on what you need to stay cold. An ice maker is located in the freezer. Stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, and oven with a glass stovetop allow you to get your chef on. Both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee machine is available for you to use. I attempt to keep disposable filters in stock for you to use. You will need to bring your own coffee. Also available for your use is a toaster, blender, can opener, pots and pans galore, baking sheets, and a full set of utensils and drinkware.

SURROUNDING AREA:
This house is located halfway down Fort Morgan Rd, so going out to the end of the road to see Fort Morgan is a great option to spend some time having fun and taking photos. Also located down at the end of Fort Morgan Rd, a ferry comes and goes between Fort Morgan and Mobile, AL, to get you into the biggest city in the area that offers so many things to do from food to events! Located in Mobile, the USS Alabama is permanently docked and is a great historical landmark to view with the family!
Heading into Gulf Shores is a short drive and gets you back into that bustle of the main beaches and restaurants, so you always have that option. There is a public beach located nearby so you don’t have to drive all the way back into Gulf Shores just to go to the beach though! Also nearby, the Peninsula Golf Course is open to the public, so look into booking some Tee Times!

For anyone up for a little bit of a drive, you can head up to Foley. Foley, AL, has great destinations to spend your entire day enjoying including the Tanger Outlet mall, featuring dozens of premiere shops and restaurants, and OWA - an all inclusive destination featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. Entertainment includes a large arcade (often featuring gaming tournaments), a stage often featuring comedy shows and concerts, an amusement park featuring a full size roller coaster, and an indoor waterpark!

***Parking is included in the rental. You can park anywhere under the house or in the gravel right in front of the house.***
***You are allowed to bring your own boat at no additional charge! There are spots to tie your boat up all along the dock. The boat lift will have the owner’s boat in it which is NOT to be used by guests. There is not a boat launch at the house, but there is a public boat launch a short drive from the house. You are allowed to store your boat trailer at the house.
