Tack för att du vising vår Royale Palms # 904 enhet i Gulf Shores. Vi äger och hanterar alla våra condos och njuter av att hjälpa våra gäster att ha en underbar semesterupplevelse.

Denna enhet är en direkt Gulf Front enhet och ligger på nionde våningen. Det är en 1BR / 2BA enhet med britsar i hallen och en bäddsoffa. Vi har nyligen uppdaterat enheten med nya möbler inklusive nya king size tryckavlastande madrasser, nya möbler / fåtölj i vardagsrummet och granit i köket. Det är mycket smakfullt inredda och väl underhållna. Balkongen är utrustad med ett bord och fyra stolar tillsammans med en fåtölj. Royal Palms ligger intill viken State Park och bara en kort promenad till piren.

Vi äger och driver flera egenskaper och har ett stort antal återkommande kund och hänvisningar. Detta främst på grund av vår uppmärksamhet på detaljer och kundsupport vi erbjuder våra gäster. Vi har stor rengöring och underhåll besättning som kommer att säkerställa en trevlig vistelse på någon av våra enheter.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The beach is perfect and the balcony view is amazing. The condo was spotless and clearly very well cared for. The king bed was super comfortable and the towels were soft. We definitely enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and hot tub during our stay! We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice enough. The view from the balcony was good, and the location was great. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice having 2 bathrooms to use. We used both pools every day, and there were never a lot of people in them. The hot tub was nice and hot. I will say the outdoor pool was very cold, but it made the indoor pool feel nice and warm.

Nice and quiet, great views from balcony (9th floor), beautiful beach with a non-stop, wild dolphin show, clean condo, close to about everything you'd need, right next to Gulf Shores State Park pier (easy walking distance), good communication with host. Will definitly use again when I return.Very fairly priced too.

Loved the Location

Property is clean bed is comfortable. The view is amazing and a short walk to the Gulf State Pier. It is the last condo before the pier and the beach was not over crowded. Jason was fantastic and the communication was top notch. We didnt have to wait for elevators and the walk to the beach is quick and easy. It was very quiet and relaxing. We will book again with Jason.

Great Location,Love Royal palms

We have stayed at Royal Palms before and it’s been good. But this trip was by far the best yet. The owner of 904 is AWESOME! He is easy to get intouch with. The communicate is great as well, and plans ahead on a few things which is cool. He is helpful with informing you with something’s around the complex that aren’t listed. My main reason for booking here is because it’s on the less crowded end and by the state park and the pier. We LOVE IT Definitely booking again on my next trips to come.

Great condo and property managers

Love the condo being the only one on the beach until the pier. Condo was clean and love the keyless entry. The manager, Jason, was great. I didn't think I received my email the week before we left with all our information with the codes so I emailed Jason. Even though he was out of state and was returning to Alabama the next day, he got back to me right away and let me know he did send it (which he did and it showed opened) Point being he was out of state and still took care of me. Now that's service. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool and the hot tub. All were clean and the indoor pool was refreshing after a hot day down at the beach. If you're considering coming to Gulf Shores, be sure and check out this property and the others that Jason and Sonia manage. Although I've only stayed at this one, I am pretty sure I would give the other properties a 5 star rating also.

Wonderful Location!

A wonderful place to relax on the beach! The teenagers were able to walk to all kinds of shops and for ice cream. Plenty of restaurants close by and the beachfront location was perfect!!

Hangout fest

Hosts were very accommodating. We got there a little early so we could go to festival and they allowed us to check in early so we could get a parking decal. Very easy to get ahold of and check in and check out instructions were very reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

Love royal palms. We have been staying here for several years. Never had any problems. The one and only suggestion would be for housekeeping to put the remotes with the tv they go with. Not all of them in the bedroom like ours was. Beautiful unit. Very clean. Everything we needed was there. Thank you for a great time

Great location and comfortable condo!

This condo was great for our family vacation. The location really can’t be beat. Royal Palms is the last condo right before Gulf State Park starts. This gave us a large section of beach that was only being used by condo patrons & a few state park visitors. The beach was clean and a sandbar section closer to the pier provided an excellent location for our one year old to play. If you aren’t a huge fan of the sand or saltwater, there are indoor and outdoor pools. The unit fit our family of three very well. There was plenty of space for our daughter to play in the living area without getting into too much. I was impressed by how comfortable the pull out couch was. While still less supportive than a normal mattress, it was easily the best pull out I’ve been on and was an excellent nap location for our child. The king size bed in the bedroom was comfortable as well, but it is a bit of a tight squeeze to get to the other side without climbing over the bed. The kitchen has the essentials to make some basic meals. It was helpful to not have to eat out every night. Perhaps one of my favorite amenities in the condo was the washer & dryer. Traveling with a child presents many challenges, one of which is how to clean the inevitable messes they make. Having a washer and dryer in the unit made it significantly easier. My only complaint is that I feel like the unit could probably use a good deep clean. I will add the caveat I have some OCD tendencies so others may not have an issue.

Initially we had a scheduling conflict and was going to have to stay in a hotel the day before our actual check in and leave a day early. I messaged Jason just to let him know we would be leaving a day early(my fault entirely) he immediately offered to change our date…saved us 350 on a hotel. We greatly appreciated that! The condo isn’t really close enough to walk to anything but we didn’t mind..the parking was much better than other places we have stayed. Having our own bathroom and bedroom was soooo nice compared to having to walk through our bedroom to go outside. The condo is exactly as advertised. I don’t remember seeing an ice maker on the amenities list but the freezer does have one and that was such a plus being able to take a small cooler to the beach with ice. Overall, such a good experience. The inside/outside pool and hot tub were all great additions to have.
