Welcome to Lighthouse 1207 – Your Summer 2025 Gulf Shores Getaway!

Lighthouse 1207 is a beautifully appointed beachfront condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Gulf Shores. Situated on East Beach, it’s within walking distance to popular spots like The Hangout, Sea N Suds, and the Pink Pony Pub—close to the fun but away from the West Beach crowds.

King bed with 40" TV (cable and Roku), ceiling fan, and direct access to
the second bathroom (tub/shower combo).

•Bonus Bunk Room:
Built-in twin bunks and Smart TV with streaming options. Perfect for kids!
Easy access to the hall bath.

•Living Room:
Queen-size pullout sofa, 55" TV with cable and Roku, ocean views, and
balcony access.

Fully stocked kitchen with both Keurig and drip coffee makers, full-size appliances, and plenty of cookware and utensils for family meals.

Floors were not clean... Feet were black within a few minutes.. Don't walk barefoot!! And the skillets in condo are terrible. bring your own skillets..

Property was well furnished and very conveniently located. The only disparaging remark or even close to disparaging was the mattresses. I like a firm bed, these are very firm. That is the only thing I would feel worthy of notifying anyone of. Everything else met our needs and expectations. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay

Excellent Location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well maintained and very clean. It was as pictured. It is in a great location close to elevators. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and the outdoor furniture was great. We will definitely stay here again if it is available.

Great location and amenities!

This was our second time staying at Lighthoise and both times have been wonderful. This unit had a great view and was very clean and well appointed. There were multiple chairs and boogie boards for the kids to use. The balcony is high enough that there isn’t pool noise but you can still hear the waves rolling in. We walked to dinner 2/3 nights with 3 kids without any issues. The early April temps were great. The outdoor pools are not heated so they were a bit chilly but the kids didn’t mind. We will be back!

Wonderful condo, host, and area

Condo was very nice. Only thing that I would recommend correcting is the sofa! Had to use extra cushions to be able to sit comfortably. Everything else was awesome. Lighthouse Resort is ideally located and amenities are great.
