Parking for up to two vehicles is included. Please note that boats, trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not permitted unless approved by the HOA.

Beach Access: Sandy Pines Cottage is located just a short 3–5 minute drive from the beautiful sugar-white beaches of Fort Morgan, offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds while keeping the Gulf within easy reach.

Parking: A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted. Boats, trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles must comply with community rules.

Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and trash bags. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest for the remainder of the stay.

Linens & Towels: Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided for every reservation. Please bring your own beach towels.

No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cottage.

No Parties or Events: To preserve the peaceful atmosphere enjoyed by all guests and neighbors, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must remain on-site for the duration of the stay.

Snowbird Friendly: Monthly winter stays are available from November through February. Contact Aqua Vacations for availability and special seasonal rates.
