Regatta 201B - Snowbird Special för januari! Månadsgraden sänktes bara !!

  • Gulf Front dröm tre sovrum / två badrum lägenhet. Dessa lägenheter är en hörn enhet med en fantastisk utsikt över viken och dess vita sandstränder. Du kan gå ut från komplexet till höger på stranden. Det finns en utomhuspool som ligger i mitten av komplexet för dig att njuta av. Inuti enheten finns det tre rymliga sovrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en TV. Båda gästrummen har en dubbelsäng. Det finns också en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten för din bekvämlighet och ett rymligt, fullt utrustat kök för att laga en trevlig måltid under din vistelse.     Alla reservationer som görs före den 1 oktober för vintersäsongen (januari och februari) kräver minst 60 dagar (två månader). Bokningar som görs som inte uppfyller dessa kriterier kan avbokas av ledningen. Efter 1 oktober kan reservationer göras för vintermånaderna på minst tre eller sju nätter, beroende på enhetsspecifikationer.

Excellent location and condo has all the comforts of home. Watching the Dolphins play close to shore in the morning from the balcony with coffee was an added bonus.

Enjoyed this condo, it could use some updating though. Bedrooms were fine, it could use new furniture in living room. Grills were very dirty and thus we didn’t use them. Grass area for pets could be larger . Location on beach was great and with newer furniture we would rent this condo again. Not pleased with fee for parking

Great condo!

Lovely, comfortable, and so close to the beach! Great little pool area. I felt very safe at this wonderful little place! Fur babies enjoyed the condo, too.

Pet friendly family condo

We had a great time staying at the Regatta 201B with our family and our dog! We had an amazing view of the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the large outdoor balcony. Thanks for a great trip!

My family and I really enjoyed our recent trip to Gulf Shores (4 adults, 5 year old, 6 month old). While the condo complex is a bit outdated, the location makes up for it. The entrance to the beach is directly out from the parking garage, and going back and forth to the pool was a huge plus. Communication with the rental company was quick and informative. Check-in and check-out were easy. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo with great views. Convenient to everything. Short walk to beach. Perfect fit for our family and pet. Only issue was that the elevator was not working and lugging our things up and down the stairs was a bit of a hassle. Hopefully that will be repaired soon. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful. The location is great - everything you could want is nearby. The beach is great - so we didn't even use the lovely pool. First time traveling with my sister, my son, my 2 grandsons & my 2 little dogs. It was a wonderful spring break for all of us. I would definitely book this again.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at Regatta before, and it is a perfect location for beach access and walking to restaurants and shopping, but 201B exceeded our expectations! The rooms are bright and roomy and beautifully decorated. Very clean and owners are wonderful. And the view is amazing! We will definitely rent again!

Was a great stay! The housekeeping did an Amazing job with everything being spot less! Wasn’t happy about not being able to check in until after 5:00 pm. When it clearly states 3:00 pm when making reservation and making payment. Travelers need accurate times for check in.

Perfect.

Everything was walking distance orange Beach was a 15 minute drive. It had an elevator and steps the host was amazing and checked on us. Everything we needed was there, the view Everything was what the pictures were. 10/10 would stay again!

Amazing views

Could use fixing of the cupboards that stick, hole in the floor that should be fixed by the fridge. Was a little smaller than we realized. But we loved the balcony and the views of the beach. We liked that the pool was heated. Great location and easy to walk or ride everywhere

Nice little place right on the beach

The place was right on the beach, very clean, and had everything we needed. Spent every night on the balcony watching the waves come in. Only problems we had was we paid pet fees for 2 dogs but they were not allowed on the beach and no canopies were allowed close to the water, wish we knew that beforehand.

Such an adorable condo, and great location!

We had an incredible experience staying at this condo, however, there was construction going on above us, which was a little annoying. Wish we would’ve been told by the property owners that that was going to be going on during our stay. Other than that we had a wonderful time!
