Welcome to Crystal Tower 305, your perfect Gulf Shores beach retreat! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 3rd floor offers beautiful views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. As part of our Fresh Bed Program, you’ll arrive to freshly laundered coverlets for a clean, comfortable stay no matter the season. With cozy coastal décor, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, and a private gulf-facing balcony, this unit sleeps up to 6 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and all the comforts of home. Located in the sought-after Crystal Tower complex, you’ll enjoy resort-style amenities like an air-conditioned beach skywalk, multiple pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, a fitness center, and easy beach access.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Your beach getaway awaits! Crystal Tower 305 is your place to make magical memories. Enjoy your time in this 2-bedroom 2-bath Gulf Shores condo is located on the 3rd floor and can sleep up to 6 people. The cozy décor in the living room will create a relaxing atmosphere. There is a flat screen television and floor to ceiling windows leading to the private balcony! Open the sliding glass door and enjoy the Bama Breeze as you prepare a traditional southern seafood meal in the fully equipped kitchen. There is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar area and a dining table that seats 4.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The king bed in the primary bedroom provides you with the chance to lay down and enjoy the views from the balcony. There is access to the private gulf facing balcony as well as a bathroom which has a tub/ shower combo. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the guest bathroom is a full bath with a tub/ shower combo.

PARKING
Parking passes and amenity wristbands are purchased on-site. Total cost will vary depending on length of stay. Parking passes are charged at $20 per day, per vehicle, for the first 3 days with a maximum charge of $60 for a weekly 7-night stay. After the first week, parking is charged at $5 per day, per vehicle. Stays November through March are charged $60 max.

AMENITIES
The skywalk will lead you right to the gulf front beach club that includes one of the largest outdoor swimming pools on the island, complete with a mini lazy river, a gulf side hot tub and a large sunning deck. From here, you’ll have access to the beach boardwalk, leading directly to the sugar white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. On a cool or rainy day, you have an indoor swimming pool to ensure the vacation fun never stops.

Stay in shape while using the fitness center. Then finish your work out with a trip to the sauna. Grill up some steaks or wild caught Gulf shrimp and enjoy a cook-out under the covered BBQ grill and picnic area.

NEIGHBORHOOD
At Crystal Tower, you’re just one mile west of The Hangout, one of Gulf Shores’ most popular family-friendly restaurants and home to the annual Hangout Music Festival, now known as Sand in My Boots Festival, held each year in early summer. In the fall, you’re only 1 mile away from the same festival grounds that host the Annual National Shrimp Festival. Not only is Crystal Tower a great lodging choice for all the amenities, but it’s a great choice to be within walking distance of these festivals, it’s also within walking distance or a 1-minute car ride of local restaurant favorites like Bahama Bobs and DeSoto’s Seafood Kitchen! Enjoy the nearby convenience of grabbing groceries at Pier 33 or souvenirs at Alvin’s Island.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a non-smoking condo. No pets are permitted and you must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this rental. Monthly rentals available November through March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present..

This place was great! Views were good from the balcony. Pool areas were mostly clean and right on the beach. Beach access was great! Only problem we had was the elevator was out of service for about an hour when we got to the location. Carrying a weeks worth of stuff and food up the stairs in 3-4 trips sucked. But a very minor inconvenience. Property office is very close by and held our package for us that got sent too early. Thank you!! Will definitely be coming back to Gulf Shores.
