På de blå vatten och natursköna stränder i Mexikanska golfen sitter en av endast ett fåtal strandnära fastigheter på Gulf Shores Plantation. Platsen för denna utväg är perfekt. Det är tillräckligt långt bort från det liv och rörelse så att du kan njuta av en mycket mer lugn semester, men ändå tillräckligt nära för att köra det för en eftermiddag shopping resa eller middag på en fantastisk restaurang. Ligger på andra våningen, kan sex turister sova cozily i denna möblerade hörn enhet. Ett kök fyllt med matlagning väsentligheter ger bekvämligheten av hem hemifrån. Det finns också bekvämligheten med många närliggande restauranger (inklusive en säsongs kafé) när kocken längtar att luta sig tillbaka och slappna av. Det stora sovrummet har en garderob och är möblerat med en byrå, två night stands, och en platt-TV. I hallen är en uppsättning av smala våningssängar att barnen är säker på att njuta. Vardagsrummet är utrustat med en platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Trådlöst internet finns tillgängligt, och en tvättstuga, bara några steg från enheten (på samma nivå), är också lättillgängligt. Om golf är din passion, det inte bli mycket bättre än så här. Den lägenhet ligger på samma grunder som Kiva Dunes, nummer ett rankade golfbana i Alabama. Jerry Pate skapade detta en av ett slag golfbana redovisat samtliga över Wold som en av golfens mest unika och utmanande kurser. Bara några korta miles på vägen sitter en annan golfbana. Designad av Earl Stone, The Peninsula, är en 27 håls golfbana undanstoppad i ett naturreservat. Great ocean view.

The balcony view of the ocean was beautiful. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. I wish the kitchen had more cookware. I had to buy a fry pan as there were only 3 small pots. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely stay again!

Since the refrigerator didn't have an ice maker, I really could have used some ice trays. I bought some cheap ones and left them for the next people. But they may not last long. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo off the beaten path

Condo had everything my wife and I needed. View was great as well. The complex is pretty large but the beach didn't feel very crowded, which is a big plus. Overall enjoyable stay!

Great for relaxation!

I stayed here with my husband and children after a busy week. We were looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy the beach and that's exactly what we got! I love that the condo isn't in a busy spot. It was very calm. Love that it's right on the beach. Our kids enjoyed the wii when it was raining. The pools were also great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Caring Owners

One caveat prior to my review. Just prior to my arrival at the condo Jenifer called to inform me she had just found out there would be extensive remodeling to the balconies of the building. She was concerned it could be an issue and asked what I thought. Not having any viable options I decided to "see how it would go". Well, it did not go the best. BUT, the way Jenifer and her husband handled the issue was the best. I was completely satisfied with how they dwelt with a problem. Honest and caring owners....priceless! When I selected this unit I did so largely based on location. I was not disappointed. I can well imagine a family with young kids finding this ideal. You can see two pools and the beach from the balcony. What else you can see from the balcony is both the sunrise AND the sunset. The fact the unit is on the second floor and an end unit is great. You get a cross breeze and natural light you do not get in a middle unit. The complex is laid back and the staff and other guests are friendly. There were some routine maintenance issues that were conveyed to the owner and quickly addressed by the maintenance staff. I was well satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend the unit to anyone else.

Charming Weekend Getaway for the Family

I am the single mother of two preschoolers. We needed a weekend away and this was the perfect place for it! There are two outdoor pools and one of them is very large and goes from 1 foot to 1.5 feet to 3 feet, and so forth. My kids loved how much shallow area there was for them to "touch" and play around in the pool. The indoor pool is lovely with the beautiful dome/sky lit ceiling. The kids loved the bunk beds. Under the bunk beds were 3 big cubbies with baskets.There was enough room to put all the kids clothes and things there.Each night it took them about 1 minute to fall asleep. No complaints there. There were also DVDs for all ages/tastes provided in the living room. Unit had good WiFi and HBO! The room was the smallest we've stayed in, but we hardly noticed. It was enough room for the 4 of us. My mom came and slept on the sofa. -Great Great Stay. We lucked out with 85 degree weather in November!! Can't beat that either. Conveniences I loved: The door had a key pad vs. a key. So unlike all our other condo stays, we didn't have to worry about who has the key, or losing it, etc. Also, very close by is a Dollar General and a small convenience store (The Pines) with all the beach things you need. Right behind it is a great restaurant named Behind the Pines. I ordered a Tuna Steak Dinner that was excellent. --All in all - a great, quiet and beautiful stay.

Fantastic direct Gulf view from a comfortable, efficient condo. It has everything you'll need.

From the time I reserved the date online, to the day of our departure, Jennifer was timely and helpful in communicating with me. She provided detailed information and answered my questions quickly. The condo interior was clean and comfortable. It is updated and contained everything we needed to cook simple meals. Our greatest surprise, and a very pleasant one, was the super comfortable bed! Gulf Shores Plantation is situated directly on the Gulf in such a way as to leave a buffer of dunes and sea oats that create a stunning view from the balcony of this condo. Walk out the door and down a short flight of stairs to the boardwalk where you'll pass between the two outdoor pools on your way to the beach. There is also an indoor pool, fitness room, and other amenities. You can't go wrong staying in this condo or on this property. Jennifer, I hope to stay here again in the near future. Thanks for a great getaway!

Modest condo with excellent beach access and views!

We had a great time over the 4th of July weekend. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls, ages 5 and 9, really enjoyed the bunk beds. The view to the beach is unmatched, especially from the previous unit we stayed in. It looks straight out over the dunes and beach! The kitchen, dining and living area is a bit small, however; when spending most of our time at the pools or beach, who cares anyway. It was also nice being so close to the parking lot and the awesome pool next door (as this was our girls favorite part of the stay!) We look forward to future vacations at the Plantation!
