Välkommen till Regency Isle, enhet # 704, på sjunde våningen. Denna lyxiga strandlägenhet har allt du kan begära, plus alla bekvämligheter som Regency Isle har att erbjuda. Det har nyligen ombyggts och är laddat med allt extra! Fantastiskt läge nära Alabama / Florida State Line erbjuder bekvämlighet till shopping, restauranger och underhållning, samtidigt som du ger dig den lugn och ro du önskar. När du anländer till komplexet kommer du att uppskatta det stora parkeringsdäcket med tilldelad / täckt parkering för denna lägenhet, vagnar för att hjälpa till med bagage och flera hissar för din bekvämlighet. Den här egenskapen har ett administrationsbyrå på plats och personal som alltid går så extra kilometer för att förbättra gästernas tillfredsställelse.

När du går in i lägenheten ser du omedelbart de avancerade möblerna, högt i tak, stora dekorativa klädsel och golvplattor. Ny matta var precis installerad och ser fantastisk ut! Det finns ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek och ett halvt badrum. Köket är fullt utrustat med bänkskivor i granit, upphöjd bar för extra sittplatser, våtbar w / ismaskin, apparater och kylskåp med ismaskin. Den stora öppna planlösningen i vardagsrum med skjutdörrar leder till en stor balkong vid viken. Balkongen har två bord med plats för sex för att koppla av och lyssna på vågorna rullande in. Matsalen har bord med plats för fyra, plus ytterligare tre i baren. Vardagsrummet har en ny 50 "platt-TV, med alla nya möbler, inklusive en bäddsoffa, fåtölj och skinnstol.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-tv, skjutdörrar som leder till balkongen, takfläkt, svit med klädkammare, bubbelbadkar, dubbla fåfänga, duschkabin och mycket mer. Det är ett måste se !! Det andra sovrummet har en annan king size-säng, platt-tv och ett privat badrum med badkar / dusch combo.

Regency Isle har otroliga bekvämligheter som gör det till ett av de mest eftertraktade komplexen i detta område. Stort poolområde med solstolar, grillplats och lusthus, picknickområde, uppvärmd inomhuspool, träningsrum och badtunna, för att nämna några.

Alla reservationer som görs före den 1 oktober för vintersäsongen (januari och februari) kräver minst 60 dagar (två månader). Bokningar som görs som inte uppfyller dessa kriterier kan avbokas av ledningen. Efter 1 oktober kan reservationer göras för vintermånaderna på minst tre eller sju nätter, beroende på enhetsspecifikationer.

Blakey Spring Break Vacation

My family stayed at the Regency Isle in Orange Beach during the 1st week of April 2024. We had a 2 bedroom 2 ½ bathroom. Check-in was just a text message from the management office with the door code. No security gate, and no driving 20-minutes to get the guest check-in package. When we arrived, we parked under the Tower and there was plenty of parking large enough for any type of SUV. In short, parking in the shade and be subjected to sunburn when returning to your vehicle. All (3) elevators were working in unison, and there were luggage carts for all the luggage we had. Next when we walked into the condo on the 7th floor, our mouths dropped. We were blown away at the size of the condo and it was fully equipped and clean. Washer and dryer, large kitchen with bar stools, marble counter tops, and updated appliances. The beds and furniture were comfortable enough to accommodate 6 people. The living room and master bedroom both face the ocean. You open the doors and hear crashing waves all day long. During the time we stayed there were no crowds; and the Tower was quiet for 24 hours. The next surprise was the balcony. This balcony must be at least 20-25 feet long, and this is no exaggeration. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right at your doorstep. Regency Isle exceeded our expectations. This by far is the best beachfront condo we have ever vacationed in. The next time we go it will be for 1- 2-weeks tops. This location is ideal for families who just need to chill.

Perfect for our family!

It was perfect for us. Family of 8. Six kids from 6-16. It was great for everyone. Loved the private beach. There weren’t too many people in the building to crowd the beach. Great property for us. Good communication with owners. Check in was a breeze.

Issues

The coffee maker wasn’t working and the people checking wrist bands were annoying .. and don’t EVER lose your parking pass because you will get nasty little notes on your car and it’ll cost you $39.95 for a new piece of paper and you have to drive 20 minutes to get another one

Weekend Getaway

Great weekend in a great condo location. The pictures show exactly what the condo looks like except for the balcony. I was so looking forward to the furniture with red cushions and that is not at all what was there. The inside could use a paint job and maybe new cabinets in kitchen. The master shower had two shower heads and one got hotter than the other. Weird. Overall the experience was great. Love the beach.

Great Condo!

Regency Isle is a great place to stay. This particular condo was very clean and spacious. The decor could use an updating but overall, this was a great condo. Orange Beach is a wonderful place. This condo is located in a great spot and has security. The beach is wonderful and so is the pool. Parking is under the building which is great since you aren’t parking out in the sun. The only down side is having to drive from one end of town to the other to get the check-in package.

What a wonderful trip!

Great trip, but a pain to have to drive to Poole to check in since it is in Gulf Shores and we were staying in Orange Beach. We didn’t have keys to pick up so this could have been handled by email. They needed a copy of my drivers license and I could have emailed them that. But other than that great place to stay! Plenty of room and clean!

Great stay with my mom!

We took a belated Mother's Day trip to the beach and I loved the condo at Regency Isle! It has a great balcony and the location is perfect for the Orange Beach/Perdido area. Lots of great eating options in the area and close enough to walk to the Florabama and have a bushwacker :) We would definitely like to stay there again!

Alabama Vacation Week

This was a great property to stay at, even though we had a hurricane while we were there. It was pretty clean, although the wall in the kitchen behind where the trash basket was kept had food stains all over it and the stovetop had crumbs on it. The rest of the place was beautiful. The balcony was huge and overlooking the ocean. Overall a great vacation with little affect by the hurricane. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time at Regency Isle.

The condo was so nice! Perfect for my week alone. The late check in was great except I had to drive all the way back to GS the next day to sign an agreement I could have signed online and I could have sent my drivers license over the internet. It was stupid to make me drive back to the office the next day. It kept me away from my beach vacation for over an hour. Otherwise, I really loved the condo. I want to rent it again.

Nice condo but needs some TLC

The unit was nice but could have used a deeper clean. The bathrooms in particular. The comforter in the master had a large noticeable stain. If you are renting a unit to people this should not happen. It is not too much to ask for clean, stain-free linens on the bed. The ice machine in the unit was broken but I was not told in advance. The gym and public restrooms were closed. The other condo I stayed in (8mi away) had all of these amenities open, so this was the choice of the condo and not mandated due to COVID. While I understand why that was done, an advanced warning should have and could have been given. The view was great. The pool was nice as well. There was no walkability to shops and restaurants. While this condo was nice and I enjoyed my stay I will likely look elsewhere when I return to the area.

Regency Isle 704

The property is great! Only complaint was the ice maker was broken and had mold on the inside. It took several calls and a few days before we were told that the owner would not repair or replace it during our stay.

Check in process

We enjoyed the property; however, the check in process needs to be simplified. Be prepared to drive approximately 20 minutes to get the CODE to check in. Am still unsure as to why this couldn't have been given to us via phone or email as it is with any other condo we have rented. Otherwise, the condo was great and the balcony furniture was awesome!

Nice condo in the more quiet part of Orange Beach!

We enjoyed our stay earlier in August. We knew in advance we needed to supply food, paper items, etc., so we were prepared. Make sure you bring beach towels. So glad I did. Purchase your own chairs and umbrellas for the beach, as I found that a better deal than renting. There was plenty of room for 4 of us. Great front view of the ocean with a huge balcony! I believe the condo could have been much cleaner particularly throughout the kitchen, but overall it was not something that really bothered me that much. The bedding and bathrooms were clean, which was most important. The full size washer and dryer was wonderful to have. Could use some modern updates in general. Good communication with the office, however it was inconvenient to drive to Gulf Shores to obtain the door code since we came in from Pensacola airport during later afternoon. She only copied my drivers license, which I could have easily emailed. Overall though, I’d return. Again, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a wonderful condo and the location is great. You can tell that the owners are working on updating and the progress made is excellent. The condo does need painted and a really good deep cleaning which I am sure will happen during the off season.
