Stort strandhem med privat pool!

  • Triple Seas 4BR plus ett loft / kråkbo med en privat pool (sover 25). Ta ett djupt andetag, stäng ögonen och låt dina bekymmer smälta bort! Kör direkt från den rymliga uteplatsen, förbi poolen, ner till den vita sandstranden bara några meter bort. Du kan njuta av solen hela dagen och njuta av viken och utsikten från din privata pool eller direkt från sandstränderna. Med plats för hela familjen kommer Triple Seas att vara ditt paradis vid viken. Det fullt utrustade köket har en bar med plats för fyra och öppnar mot vardagsrummet. Matsalen har tre bord med plats för hela strandbesättningen. På bottenvåningen har vardagsrummet välvda tak och fascinerande utsikt över viken. De två bäddsofforna kommer att öppna för att sova fyra. Andra sovplatser på denna nivå inkluderar sovrummet med en king size-säng och privat badrum, en queen size-säng i mellersta sovrummet och dubbla / två våningssängar i det tredje sovrummet. Ett andra badrum och tvättstuga finns också på huvudnivån. Lycka till med att hålla barnen ur loftet! En spiraltrappa i matsalen leder till det avskilda loftområdet som har den bästa utsikten i huset! Loftet har två nya specialbyggda dubbelsängar / två våningssängar, så upp till 6 barn kan ha en hel slumparty! Stigande upp den andra trappan hittar du en annan sittgrupp med utsikt över vardagsrummet och vyer över viken. Den har en bäddsoffa, vilstol och TV-område. Den andra master sviten med king size-säng och privat badrum och ytterligare ett sovrum med queen size-säng och badrum är också på denna nivå. TV-apparater och DVD-spelare finns i alla delar av strandhuset. Men spendera inte all din tid inne! Ta dig tid att göra minnen i din privata pool eller spela i bränningen! Grill vid poolen, bygg sandslott, samla snäckskal eller bara njut av en solnedgång från en bekväm loungestol. Ligger 1. 8 miles väster om Hwy 59, kan du enkelt hitta shopping, restauranger och underhållning i närheten. Se till att umgås på The Hangout också! The location was perfect. The beach was not overcrowded and we were so close to so many fun things and restaurants. We will be planning our trip back and hopefully get to stay in the Triple Seas again!!

Great spot to get a bunch of people together. No frills other than location and size but exactly as advertised. Excellent vacation spot

House appeared clean at first walk through, until we started seeing cockroaches. Which were reported and the manager was supposed to come out but never did. Multiple broken floor tiles held together with clear tape. Only bathtub had no plug making it difficult to bathe small children. Outlets so outdated everything you plug in just falls out. Ac unit upstairs not working. Tv in upstairs bedroom not working. Back door is extremely hard to open. Furniture on back deck is falling apart. The beach view was nice and could be a good stay with correct management and fixing of a few things. Overall we paid wayyyyy too much to for the multiple things wrong.

Proximity to the beach; beach chairs; porch and rockers- wow. Loved the large dining room, too. Great place to play board games.

50th anniversary trip

It was perfect for our family of 16. The place is a bit worn but it was clean. The location was convenient to most everything.We really enjoyed our stay!

Ocean was visible, beach was easily accessible. There were a lot of repairs that needed to be made to make this place safe. There are tiles that were TAPED to conceal the cracks. Rugs that were slippery and my child actually fell on. Grout missing, loose tile. Outdoor furniture in need of repair. Vents that were dirty with fuzz hanging from them. Simply putting in some repairs would make this place a great stay again.

The location was great! Kitchen is really well stocked with pots, pans and other things you'd expect to find/need. The door leading out to the back deck was difficult to open and close. Plenty of space for our group. The pool was dirty when we checked in, but was cleaned the following day after we notified the listing agent. I would stay here again.

The beach, the deck, the pool are all amazing! Access to beach was great. The house is not as nice as we thought it should be for the money. It was a challenge to find outlets in bedrooms and kitchen that would hold a plug. Everything just fell out. Sand in one bed when we got in it, we quickly swapped rooms. We were offered for someone to come change sheets but room swap solved the problem because we had extra beds. Pool was dirty when we arrived and it was addressed quickly by owner. Beautiful pool! House just needs updates. Hard to shut or open deck door. light switches are confusing and a tv didn’t work in one bedroom. No plug for tub in only bathroom with a tub which is hard with a little one. We enjoyed our stay at the beach but, not the house so much. It’s a beautiful location and would be fine if some updates were done.

Family Vacation

The property was exactly what we expected. The location made the vacation 100x better with the amazing view and right on the beach. I did message the manager of the property one time and they never responded to me but we got the issue fixed. Would recommend this location!

Annual Family Trip

Wonderful communication with property manager! Location was perfect for our family. Some of our group came from North Carolina and was their first trip to the Gulf. They loved it! The experience with this home helped with this. We had plenty of room. Everything was exactly as expected.

Great place—perfect location!!

We had a 50th anniversary celebration. We had 13 people-7adults and 6kids(2-10 years)We had a great time! Loved being so close to the beach—so convenient! And coming back to a pool was so refreshing! The second refrigerator in the laundry room was a terrific bonus!! We were close to many activities for our family to try. We would definitely go back!! There were a few little things that I would fix but every house has those. It was great!!

Location, location, location

There were 15 of us. This house was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evening, and the beach during the day. Our beach location was perfect. Not crowded at all. We were close to a convenience store and ten minutes from Walmart. No problems with Wi-Fi. Highly recommend.

Amazing place with great location

We loved the location, the private pool, the short walk to the beach, the second fridge, and great communication with rental property checking on us! There is SOOO many beds and spots for others that we wish we would have brought more friends! The only thing to improve would be that there needs to be new electrical outlets installed as all of them will barely allow a plug to atay in them.

Wonderful experience!

Overall we really enjoyed the beach house. It is spacious and well-equipped with the essentials. The TV in the downstairs bedroom (with bunk beds) didn’t work. Everything else was in good working order.

Great Family Vacation

The property was amazing and we had a wonderful time. We were worried when we drove up bc it is on the main road but that was not a problem at all. The beach is beautiful and we were the only ones in front of our house so that made it so nice to not have to fight the crowds. The house was clean and very spacious. It is the first house we stayed in that had that many bedrooms and the living and kitchen area matched the amount of people we had staying there. There was plenty of room for everyone!!! We had 9 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5. We loved the deck and the pool. The pool is not in the shade so we would rig our beach umbrella's, in the afternoons, to cover the pool for the littles! The pool water was very warm by afternoon. Our family loved it and we will be back!!!

Perfect Beach location!

This summer we took our first big family vacation with 14 extended family members and Triple Seas was the perfect place! There was plenty of space for all of us and there was lots of room to spread out. The view was gorgeous with just a short walk to the beach. Our family loved the private pool and utilized it daily! Overall the house was in good condition. However there were several outlets that were loose or didn’t work and missing their covers. We also found several nails/glass in the covered driveway due to recent renovations to the house. Unfortunately our check in was delayed due to cleaning and we couldn’t get into the house until 4:30. With all of that being said, we would definitely stay here again! Our family had a wonderful time and we felt like this was the perfect house for us!

We spent one week at Triple Seas & had an amazing time! There were 14 of us (4 families - 4,4,4&2), ages 5-69! There was always more than enough room for all of us, whether we were gathered for dinner in the dining area, watching tv at night in the living room, sleeping, bathrooms, on the deck or in the pool! Check in was simple and quick! The code was sent ahead of time and we were able to get in at 4! WiFi was available and accommodated all of our electronics! We all ordered groceries from surrounding grocery stores and the kitchen accommodated all of our things. They have a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is even a second fridge in the laundry room. Speaking of, the laundry room was a game changer for us! The view from the deck of the beach was amazing and the short walk to the beach was basically what we paid for. For the kids who didn’t want to be at the beach or in the salt water, the pool was also a game changer!!! We could split our time in between the beach or the pool. It was quite hot out so the pool made it so tolerable to be outside.Things I would change if I were picky: the house is definitely dated and things could be updated. In previous reviews, people noted outlets not working. We only found this with a few. The floor needs re-grouted as there were a couple of spots that could catch your feet. The furniture on the deck is a little dated but if anything, could use some cushions to make a little more comfortable. To end-I would 100% go back!
