Denna lägenhet för strandstudio är perfekt för ett par eller en liten familj. Sover upp 4 med drottningssäng och bäddsoffa. Det har ett komplett badrum med dusch / badkar och pentry. Pentryet är komplett med diskbänk, mikrovågsugn, litet kyl / frys, kaffekanna och mycket mer. Det finns brickor och torktumlare på andra våningen för våra gäster att använda. Detta komplex ligger tvärs över gatan från den offentliga stranden, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub och mycket mer. Du kan bokstavligen parkera ditt fordon på vår parkeringsplats som ligger på marknivå, under komplexet och inte flytta den igen förrän ditt utcheckningsdatum. Gångavstånd till restauranger och souvenirbutiker också.

Disappointed

Got there and had to park across the street. Elevator on one side of building and room on the other. Sand in the drawers. Closet was actually an entertainment center. Our hangers wouldn't fit straight but at a slant. No hangers provider. No tupperware. No dish cloth. WiFi didn't work. Ceiling Fan didn't work. TV Tray stand broken. No lamp screw to hold shade on. Cabinets were full of paperwork and what nots-no room for groceries. Fridge too small for space provided. Blinds broken. Room advertised pay for 2 nights gets 3rd free. I stayed 5 nights and got zero free. The only positive thing I can say about this place was the location.

Vacation

The place was very clean and it was relaxing. The only bad thing I could say was maintenance was working on things during the day and late afternoon and you could hear their tools. Other than that it was a really nice place and a great vacation!

Good beach trp

We stay at Beachview condos a couple of times a year. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the sheet were clean. Fridge kept food and drinks cold. The ceiling fan was super confusing. Thought it was broken at first. We didn't realize there was supposed to be a remote until the second night! It got hot at night without it. Once we found the remote it worked fine and was much cooler. Maybe put a note about the fan remote somewhere? Property looks a little rougher than usual. I think there may have been some updates and repairs ongoing. Parking at this property can be terrible. Several large SUV/pickup trucks park under the building making navigating nearly impossible at times. Good communication from owner. Received needed information in a timely manner and had reasonable expectations. No regrets booking and would do so again. Its the beach, have a good time!

This was a perfect weekend getaway! Location was GREAT! We walked every where, the beach, the Hangout, Mini Golf, Mikee’s. Upon arrival I had to call host and I got an answer right away. Will definitely recommend & come back!

Location is convenient but couldn’t stay

The location is very difficult to beat. It’s within walking distance of a public beach access and restaurants. We didn’t end up using it for our stay as the inside of the building has a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Cleaning products and specifically bleach had been used heavily but every time the AC turned on it blew the marijuana smell around the room.

Location! Location! Location!

My wide and I usually spend several weekends a year in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Our typical stay is at one of the high-rise beach condos in Orange Beach. We decided to add a weekend, last minute, this year. This place, for the money we spent and the last minute booking, was spot on. It's not the same as the high-rise condos on the beach, but you will save a ton...It was clean, roomy and cold. We will definately consider again.

Not the best

I left at 9 last night instead of staying the third night. There were roaches in the elevator. The whole building smelled sooo strong of weed I couldn’t stand it. The room was hot and bed uncomfortable. It’s not the owners fault others smoke weed but you could smell it everywhere. I didn’t feel safe.

Beachview Stay

Small space, but perfect for us. Short walk to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The exterior of the property was not very clean but inside the condo was well kept. Would definitely recommend and we plan on renting at this property on our next visit.

Great little place!

This little gem doesn’t disappoint for the price. Clean and cozy, stocked well, bed was super comfortable and we were within walking distance to absolutely everything. Host answered questions immediately and we absolutely will be back!

Love the room. The location is also great walking to the beach and The Hangout, The Pink Pony, stores, restaurants just one or two things not enough parking and No iron or ironing board in the room thumbs up will be back with my iron 😄

The futon is very uncomfortable, I don’t like to say anything bad but that is just a fact and would be the only reason that I would search out a different room (we would definitely stay in the same complex).

Pictures can be deceiving. A lot smaller than what the photo depicted. Although it said could sleep 4 there is no way it could have. Thankfully we brought a blow up bed just in case. The place was very clean. Only a microwave for cooking. Thankfully the weather was perfect or having to stay in that room would have been miserable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The television only had 1 channel to watch that wasnt infomercials but that was fine since the weather was good. All in all the place was great. Would be perfect for 2 people to get away not a family of 4.

Convenient and Relaxing

The condo is located across the street from the beach and walking distance from a variety of eating establishments, as well as multiple options for entertainment. It is small but we spent so little time in the room it was perfect for the two of us.
