Welcome to Three C's, comfy, cozy & close to the Beach. This complex is located at the very end of West Lagoon Avenue in Gulf Shores. The Three C's condominium is a low-density, twelve-unit complex built in 2007. It offers no water frontage, but is only about 100 yards from a public beach access. Unit 205, is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit that accommodates up to nine people and has new smart flat screen televisions in the living room and in both bedrooms and new wood look vinyl flooring in the living areas. The complex has a community pool for you to enjoy during your stay vacation at Three C's or take a short walk across the street and enjoy the sights and sounds on the beach. Come and enjoy the pristine beach and soak up the sunshine. Snorkel in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and discover sea creatures and the perfect sea shells. Relax at the pool while the kids play in the shallow end. Come and enjoy an unforgettable beach vacation at Three C's in the beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries.

Great stay i would stay there again

This was our 2nd year staying at this property. We enjoy the layout and location of the condo. My only complaint is that we weren’t notified that we would be without power due to repairs from 8:30-2:30 one of our days there. Other people renting condos were told about the outage prior to their stay and given a price discount for the day. We had no air, fans, lights for going to the restroom, appliances for making breakfast or lunch. We were just told they weren’t aware of the outage and sorry for the inconvenience.

Cute 2 bedroom. Loved the ceiling fans, they were better than the center air! â˜ș Nice quick walk to the beach. Pool was clean and quiet. Downstairs neighbor is a local and he's super helpful with his knowledge of the town. ONLY complaint was the living room; There is one couch that comfortably sits 2 people and that's it, needs more places to sit.

We had a great week at this condo. Location was fantastic and the people we met at the condo were super friendly. We enjoyed our short walks to the beach and loved the walking/jogging paths along the lagoon. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again!

This property is in need of a deep cleaning and maintenance. The couch is so dirty that we had to put towels on the arms. Also it completely wore out. Blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, wicker furniture were full of dirt and dust. Could hardly see out the windows. Mattress cover and pillows have stains on them. Would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Property was not properly cleaned prior to checking in. Found random beer caps laying around. Found vape pods in one of the beds. Mother in law woke up the first morning covered in random bug bites. Seems like sheets were not changed on some beds. Smoke detectors were missing from ceiling. Overall not pleased with quality of stay for the amount of money.

Very family friendly, rooms were set up great and plenty of space for a big group. 5 minute walk to the beach! The pool was a little small, but clean. Communication with property owner/management took a little while, but very sweet people.

We were disappointed that property manager never calls back to us when we had technical issue on Television in Master bedroom even, we know the office may be closed for a holiday while the office closes for the weekend. There is no way to reach someone in case for the emergency in case if something happens at the condo. Only way to email to property office or leave a message, no response back from the owner or property office during Christmas Holiday week. We are deaf couple could not be able to watch television because we could not get closed captioned on television in Master bedroom. My son in law is technical specialist tried to get closed captioned turn on for us. He thinks something in device blocked us to prevent us turn the assistance menu on television in Master bedroom. One more thing is the foyer area by the front door need to replace the light bulb. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towel, dish washer Soap while we stayed there.
