Welcome to Sandy Pause, located in the quiet Surfside Shores beach community in Ft Morgan! Sandy Pause is an exquisite 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom beach house that will comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. This second-tier gem has amazing Gulf views and private deeded beach access for all guests. Sandy Pause is also pet-friendly so bring Fido along to enjoy the seclusion and uncrowded beaches that Ft Morgan has to offer!

About Sandy Pause
Paradise awaits at Sandy Pause. With its spacious layout, modern amenities, and proximity to the beach, it's the perfect retreat for families, friends, and anyone seeking a tranquil seaside escape. Enjoy the convenience of two master suites, each with its en-suite bathroom, providing the utmost privacy for you and your guests. The spacious living area seamlessly flows into the dining and kitchen spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere for gatherings and relaxation. The modern kitchen features high-end appliances, ample storage, and dual, granite countertops. Expansive windows throughout the living area frame panoramic Gulf views, allowing natural light to fill every room.

Two master bedrooms featuring king-sized Sealy IComfort bedding are located on the main floor along with two full bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs and share a hall bathroom with a double vanity. A utility half bath is located on the main floor featuring a full-size washer/dryer with a utility sink handy for rinsing swimwear. The living room and each bedroom are equipped with a television and free wi-fi is provided.

Head off to the nearby historic Ft. Morgan to explore, take the ferry to Dauphin Island for the day, ride bikes, watch the dolphins play, or head across the street to Gulf Shores Marina for fresh seafood a cold drink, and a beautiful sunset. Call Harris Vacations for more information today!

About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not comply with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

This is a great property and the location fit our needs as a family. 2 things to note however: it is not beachfront and you get the beach view through 2other houses. The public beach access is about a mile away but the property comes with a golf cart so that was no problem. The 2nd note is that pipes are being replaced under the roads around the community which is also not a big problem but we did not have water when we arrived. I would just liked to have known that ahead of time so we could have prepared for it. Otherwise, great house and good location.

The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures, very clean and it was nice having the golf cart to drive the short little trip to the beach. Was not disappointed!

Sandy Pause stay ok

Overall stay was great. Clean and comfortable. Safety issues with decking dealt with timely. Had two fall incidents due to slick bathroom floors.

Fort Morgan Beach Trip

Lovely house! Been staying in Fort Morgan for years now and it's always great. Neighbors in the community were so kind and the beach is always so quiet. Especially this time of year with all the spring breakers.

Perfect for family getaway

The house was perfect for our family getaway! Having coffee on the front porch with a direct view of the ocean was a perfect way to start the day. We had 5 adults and 6 kids and it never felt too crowded. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
