Property comfortably accommodates 4 guests - 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. There is a spacious, open living area, kitchen, and dining table. Kitchen equipped with appliances and basic cookware. The covered porch is ideal for relaxing on the porch swing and getting a glimpse of the lagoon across the street. West Lagoon Ave provides easy access to several restaurants and a paved multiuse pedestrian path. Popular tourist spots, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc. are only minutes away.

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WIFI, 3 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, covered front porch with swing, and washer/dryer.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.
