Oka Sita, which means “water's edge” in the Choctaw language, is a custom-built, professionally decorated former non-rental beach house.

Listen to the waves and watch the dolphins from the living areas and bedrooms. Look through our binoculars to see the world-famous Blue Angels (based at nearby Naval Air Station Pensacola) from our front porch when they are training overhead. Enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig or coffee pot while sitting in the teak rocking chairs, Adirondack chair, or teak dining table and chairs on our covered, oversized porch. Relax with a book on the custom-built bed swing with a twin-size mattress. There is a lockable gate on the porch for the safety of young children and pets. Community beach access is just two houses away, and you're on our uncrowded, private beach. Our community beach also has parking for our guests (hang tag needed).

All rooms have been freshly painted, and the living room features all new comfortable furniture. Tile and hardwood floors only – no carpet, rugs, or curtains. An extremely well-equipped (fridge has two ice-makers), enormous and completely remodeled kitchen (with every small appliance you can think of – from a crock pot to a coffee grinder) opens to the dining and living areas. For your comfort, we have new top-of-the-line hybrid mattresses in every bedroom. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom, and a large ceiling fan is overhead in the living area.

Bedroom Details:
Master Suite: King bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, private ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Direct porch access with sweeping Gulf views.
Guest Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite bath featuring a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 3: Queen bed with a dresser and TV, shares a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Guest Bedroom 4: Two twin beds, dresser, and TV, shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Guest Bedroom 3.
Guest Bedroom 5: Historic nautical ship’s berth bed (converted king from two twin berths that once sailed aboard the “President Polk”), ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 6: Full bed with closet and dresser, access to a nearby full hall bath with tub/shower combo.

In the living room, the entertainment center features a new 75-inch LG TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player and a CD stereo/radio. There are 32-inch Smart TVs and DVD players in all the bedrooms and in the kitchen. You'll find high-speed WiFi, cable TV, free local and long-distance phones (U.S. calls only), a new full-sized front load washer and dryer, and premium linens in our non-smoking home.

Oka Sita is stocked with a large number of books, games, puzzles, DVDs, Blu-Rays, and CDs appropriate for all ages. For younger guests, we also have a Pack-and-Play, high chair, booster seat, and numerous toys.

Three outdoor showers (one private with a bench and rain-head shower, all with hot/cold water), covered parking with additional space for RV/boat/trailers, a park-style charcoal grill, a half-bath with beach towels, and a large bin with beach toys and chairs can be found on the concrete ground floor. There are also four Adirondack chairs with a center table, a picnic table, porch swing, a Pawleys Island Hammock for afternoon naps, and a large shaded area perfect for enjoying the outdoors while staying out of the sun.

Oka Sita is only 11 miles west of the intersection of Fort Morgan Road and Ala. Hwy. 59. The house is located one mile from the award-winning, nationally recognized Kiva Dunes Golf Course. It's only a short walk east down the beach to the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Because we are members of The Beach Club Resort & Spa, as our guests, you can enjoy guest membership privileges for a small administrative fee. Go west a few hundred feet and access the boardwalk of The Beach Club Resort & Spa, with indoor and outdoor heated pools, tennis courts, a fitness room, a sauna, a spa, an arcade and more. For those who enjoy fishing or crabbing, our subdivision also features a private 200 ft pier directly across Fort Morgan Road on Mobile Bay.

When you take the winding gravel road through the thick vegetation in our small neighborhood to Oka Sita, you will feel as though you have gone back to your childhood before all the traffic noises and congested high-rise condos were everywhere. Oka Sita is the beach house you are looking for to make your vacation memories year after year.

AMENITIES INFO: The owner of this beach house is a member of The Clubhouse located at The Beach Club which is approximately a 7-minute walk down the beach towards the West. Without paying an additional fee, you may patron the fine dining restaurant, The Coast with a spectacular Gulf view from The Clubhouse second floor (Seasonally) or The Hide Away bar and grill on the North side of the resort. You may also enjoy the salon and spa located on the first floor of The Clubhouse. Seasonally, there is a tram for free rides around the resort. You may drive if preferred. Also, seasonally, beach rentals are available through The Clubhouse, which includes parasailing, kayaks, water rides, and more (fees apply). To access the private pool, hot tub, indoor pool, game room, tiki bar and grill, and tennis courts, a daily fee of approximately $45 covers your entire group per day (discounts apply for multiple days).
