Melonheads Àr en familjevÀnlig hyra och har ett öppet koncept Living-Dining-Kitchen-omrÄde med vÀlvda tak och fantastisk utsikt över havet och den vackra stranden med fönster frÄn golv till tak. Matbordet har plats för 6 och stora öplatser för 6. (12 totala matsÀten finns) Fullt utrustat kök för de som gillar att stanna kvar och utnyttja din tid pÄ stranden. Bara renoverade och uppdaterade. Du kommer inte att vilja missa detta vackra hem!
Det finns fyra sovrum pÄ bottenvÄningen med 2. 5 badrum: Den östra vingen har ett komplett badrum och 2 sovrum: King sovrum och Queen / Twin vÄningssÀng sovrum. Den vÀstra vingen har ett komplett badrum och 2 sovrum: King Bedroom och Queen Bedroom. PÄ övervÄningen hittar du ett sovrum med fantastisk utsikt över stranden. Inkluderar en king size-sÀng och sittgrupp, och ett stort badrum med separat badkar och dusch.
Det finns fyra tÀckta parkeringsplatser framför huset och ett stort dÀck under huset som vetter mot havet. Detta ger ett fantastiskt omrÄde att Àta, spela spel och koppla av i skuggan. Detta omrÄde har ocksÄ en fullt fungerande utomhusdusch med varmt och kallt vatten.
BelÀget i det önskvÀrda stranden i Surf Side Shores, precis förbi den berömda Kiva Dunes Golf Course! Mycket nÀra en liten lokal livsmedelsbutik / hÄrdvara / sprit och fisk- och skaldjursbutik nÀr du inte vill köra till Gulf Shores. Men du Àr bara 20 minuter till stora kedjan livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger. Det bÀsta av bÄda vÀrldar. Alla bekvÀmligheter men du Àr tillrÀckligt lÄngt borta frÄn folkmassorna för att pÄstÄ detta som din egen lilla himmelbit.
Finns för hyresveckor frÄn lördag till lördag under sommarmÄnaderna. Minst 4 dagars hyra under andra mÄnader, och ring om du har intresse för mÄnatlig hyra. Pretty much perfect!!

We had the best time at the Melonheads Beach House! Great location, rooms and beds were so cozy and comfortable and the hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our grandchildren LOVED all the toys too. Lots of memories were made and we can’t wait to go back!!

Great family vacation

A beautiful place with beach access and everything we needed to relax and enjoy. Amazing to watch our boys with their sons playing in the sand and waves. Brought back great memories of when they were little. Sunrise and sunset views topped off a great week.

A Thanksgiving to Remember

We had a small family reunion for Thanksgiving in Gulf Shores. We came from New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Tennessee. We watched both sunrise and sunset over the water from the same deck. We were able to swim and walk out to sandbars the week of Thanksgiving - something unheard of in the states we all came from (in fact, many of us returned to snow!) The kitchen was AMAZINGLY well stocked! And large enough to allow multiple people to prepare their dishes at the same time. We had a great time - and I'm sure anyone reading this will too!

Really enjoyed our stay.

My overall impression was good. The only thing we were really disappointed with was a lot of the windows in the front room. There was moisture between the panes and you could not see out of them.

Relaxing Holiday

We were 3 couples enjoying a 4 night stay in March. The house is beautiful with fabulous views of the ocean, large open spaces and a king bed and private bath for each couple. The house is in a quiet area and easy driving distance to Gulf Shores and the Dauphin Island Ferry. Gorgeous beaches and a wildlife preserve nearby for walking and birding. We watched lots of dolphins swimming each morning while eating breakfast. Relaxing upper and lower decks face the ocean. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and airy. Plenty of games, books and DVDs on site for guests to enjoy. Reasonably priced for the location. We were thrilled with our stay. Perfect for medium to large groups.

Awesome

Everyone was pleased with our stay, the short walk to the beach was fantastic. The house gave us room to gather or seek some privacy. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The only thing lacking was a lift for getting luggage etc. up the steps, thanks to our grandkids it worked for us, but may not work for others. Overall wonderful trip and beach house.

Fantastic home on the beach!

This home has it all. You practically don't need to bring anything other than your clothes and food. The setup of the property was perfect. And the location can't be beat. Steps from the beach. There's all sorts of beach items to use. We will definitely be back soon.

Family vacay

This tripped checked one item off my bucket list! I’ve always wanted to stay in a beach house with my adult children and grandchildren. We had a blast! This property provided us with all we needed and the backyard is the ocean with amazing sunsets. We had plenty of room and we all enjoyed the outside shaded sitting area below the house.

Family fun at the beach

Plenty of space including a really nice sitting/eating area under the house, it’s shady and the ocean breeze keeps it cool. Lots of beach toys for the kids located in a storage room under the house. This is our 3rd year to stay here and we will be back!

Wonderful beachfront home!

We went for spring break with our family of six adults and two elementary school aged kids. We had a wonderful time being ON THE BEACH and staying in this lovely home. We had perfect weather and enjoyed being able to get the most possible beach time in by being steps away from the sand and ocean! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need and we were glad to have an ice machine for coolers and cocktails. We will for sure be going back!

Just what we were looking for!

Exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach and plenty of elbow room for our party of 6 - but just a 15 minute drive to the heart of Gulf Shores.

Perfect first visit to Gulf Shores area

No issues. No complaints. We feel this was the prime spot for our first visit to the Gulf Shores area. My family thoroughly enjoyed the beach and time spent inside the beach house. The layout of the house was perfect for my family. We put the kitchen to good use each morning for breakfast. We were pleased with the spaciousness allowing many cooks in the kitchen. My husband’s favorite hang out was the deck below. We enjoyed playing games there while waiting for the rain showers to pass. Our upstairs suite was so comfy and peaceful. Actually the ONLY complaint was from my daughter about her bed being lumpy. It was the queen bed in the room on the left. But she survived. The location was ideal. We made wonderful memories here and are already discussing our return. Thank you for the best vacation!

Hot & Humid in the south

Even though the temps soared, sitting under the house was really nice, much cooler than the upper decks in neighboring houses. Did a shrimp boil down there and grilled, it’s a really nice set up!

Great location

This was the perfect home and location for our family (six adults and four children). It is away from the huge condos so the beach is not overcrowded. It was wonderful setting on the shaded deck seeing and listening to the surf. And, there is a gentle slope so the kids could get quite a ways from shore without getting very deep. There is one problem, it will spoil you. We all agreed that this was our best vacation ever!

Great beachfront stay

This property is located on a quiet stretch of beach, far away from the touristy areas. We had 11 in our party and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and there was plenty of space for everyone. This is a great place for extended family to enjoy time together. We even had our groceries delivered by Instacart so we didn’t have to leave the beach.
