Walking distance to Bahama Bob's and the Hangout. Large convenience store, Pier 33, across the street. Pier 33 – the coolest store on the beach! Whether you’re looking for frozen pizzas or flip flops, a sugar fix or a souvenir, milkshakes or beach chairs, a fishing pole, sand buckets, t-shirts or dinner, Pier 33 is the only stop you need to make. There is also a great coffee shop upstairs.

Inside the condo you will find upscale furnishings and decorations. With 9 foot ceilings, new sofa, chair and love seat and a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV in the living area you will feel like you are on a luxurious vacation in the Caribbean. As in the living area, the master bedroom opens to the balcony and is beautifully furnished with a king size bed and flat screen TV with DVD. The master bedroom has a office desk with printer stand for those wishing to take care of business while enjoying the beach. The master bath has a walk in tile shower and new sink fixtures. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and allows guests to enjoy a flat screen Smart TV. Each bedroom has a full private bath allowing for the privacy you deserve.

Four guests can sit comfortably around the table for leisure dining or playing cards or other games. A full granite bar seats three guests and provides a handy place for snacking or visiting with the cook. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops throughout and ample dishes and equipment to make your stay quite pleasant. There is both a drip and a K-Cup coffee maker. This condo has a utility room with a new full size washer and dryer so you don’t have to return home with dirty clothes, and the large hot water heater provides plenty of hot water for washing bodies, dishes and clothes all at the same time. There are also 4-5 folding beach chairs, 2 beach mats and an umbrella stored in the laundry room saving having to rent on the beach.

Island Royale is within easy walking distance of everything in Gulf Shores, including shopping and restaurants. The complex is only 83 units with 6 units per floor which allows for an uncrowded beach and comfortable use of both the indoor and outdoor swim-through pools. Comfortable wooden beach loungers and umbrellas on the beach may be rented by the day or week. There are hot tubs for your relaxation in both the indoor and outdoor pool areas. If you like to cook outdoors, you will find new stainless steel BBQ grills waiting for you on the ground floor and you can work off that extra hamburger in the workout/exercise room, sauna and steam sauna on the 3rd floor.

Wired and wireless internet is free for guests in our condo so you have easy access to all internet needs. We believe you will appreciate that this is a non- smoking and “NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT'.
