Pet Friendly- One pet is included with a reservation. A 2nd pet can be added upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can add the additional pet to the reservation and adjust the pricing accordingly.

Your reservation includes 1 parking pass, 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request, just let me know before arrival so we can add it to your reservation and the cleaner can have it ready for you.

To get you started, we provide a starter set of essentials, including:
Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)
Paper towels (1 roll)
Hand soap (1 bar per bathroom)
Dishwasher tablet (1)
Trash bags (1 per can)
Laundry detergent tablet (1)
These essentials are designed to cover your initial needs until you can stock up.

**Important Procedures and Policies:**

* **Rental Agreement and Guest List:** After booking, you will receive an email requesting your e-signature on the rental agreement and a guest list. A copy of the primary renter's driver's license is required for completion. Check-in information will not be released until we have an esigned rental agreement on file. Reservations that do not complete the rental agreement within 24 hours may result in cancellation upon or discretion.

* **Security Deposit:** A link to provide your credit card information to secure a $500 security deposit hold three days before check-in is also included in the email. The security deposit hold is processed through our booking software. Check-in details will not be released until the hold is successfully placed.

* **Check-In:** A contactless check-in is offered. Your door code and instructions will be emailed three days prior to arrival, provided all necessary information has been submitted.

* **Minimum Age and Bookings:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
