  • 6 guest maximum. This property is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor licensed in Alabama, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast of Orange Beach. ONLY ONE VEHICLE ALLOWED DURING March 1- August 15 & Labor Day Holiday. NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, DUALLIES OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED. This 10th floor Gulf Front 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama!



    Take a dip in the sparkling pool on your way to a sugar white sand beach, which is just a short boardwalk away! Direct Gulf Views from the living area and the master bedroom! Hear the waves and sip on cool drink while enjoying the private balcony! The beautiful upgrades include a tiled master shower, plus a guest soaking bathtub with tiled surround, granite counters & tile floors through out, a large living room TV, stainless appliances including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer inside the condo! The master bedrooms is equipped with a King bed and privately adjoins the master bath with a tiled walk-in shower with a seat. The guest room offers a queen bed, plus a twin over twin bunk bed.



    As a guest you will have access to the beachside (seasonally heated) pool, Barbeque Grill area, and game room/fitness center. Guest under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at fitness center. ONLY ONE VEHICLE ALLOWED DURING March 1- August 15 & Labor Day Holiday. NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, DUALLIES OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED.

Excellent location and amenity access! From your room, to the pool, to the beach, you are just steps from each which was amazing. The view from the room was great and everything within the room worked well. We had no problems, but the couch seems to be very old and wore out and was not comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time. I would stay at this location again, but would try to get a different room with a more comfy couch.

Often times when you book you’re a little fearful of what you might get, but this condo and location was perfect. It was just as the picture showed and very clean. We will definitely stay there again. Great place!

Very nice, good parking, close to elevators, near shopping and restaurants. Best part was it was on the beach.

Great experience. Condo was perfect and accurately described. We have stayed in Gulf Shores over a dozen times in the last decade and have never stayed in the same location. This was one of the top stays on our list. We were unsure of the enclosed balcony, but it was wonderful!

Perfect Condo on the beach!

We absolutely loved this condo on the beach! The enclosed balcony was an awesome amenity! The place was clean, the view was amazing, and we would stay here again! So thankful for the opportunity to stay in it, thank you to the owners for renting it out!

Great place and perfect views

I think this is one of the few properties that actually had great water pressure and actually hot water. The views were amazing. The place was easy to find and Pam gave great instructions on everything. Place had everything you needed. We just got away for the weekend but it was much needed and we didn’t have any issues. Thank you loved your place

Fun times….

Very well stocked for our month long stay. The building maintenance was great! The furniture looked nice…but very uncomfortable…nothing a good chiropractor can’t fix…lol.

Gulf views

Cute little place with great views on the gulf. Elevators were fast and not too busy. Parking is limited and tight if you have a bigger vehicle. The kitchen could use a good deep clean and furniture in the living room could be updated. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Gulf Shores Tower 10B

The condo was very nice and had everything you would need, including some beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Something came loose on one of the bunk beds and maintenance was there to fix it before the end of the day. It was quiet, loved the patio and the views were beautiful. Thank you so much!!

Sunsets and fantastic views

Our stay for the month of January 2025 was surprising and fantastic! Came to kickback to enjoy sunsets and had surprising 7” of snow too! This condo has it all and Gulf Shores offers so much to see and do. Brandon’s Murder Mystery Dinner Theater was outstanding! Don’t miss it. From day trip walks around Orange Beach, Foley, Pensacola, Mobile and the beautiful Bellingrafth Gardens. So much to enjoy. The condo is very enjoyable as the pics show!

Great stay

Fit our family of five very well. Clean and comfortable beds. Towels were the perfect amount. Washer and dryer and full kitchen helped the stay function well. Having the pool and beach access so close was a major convenience with two boys that had differing opinions on activities. Made the days more manageable. Hope to stay again in the future.

The photos were accurate and the building quiet and secure but the unit needs some work. We had a good access to the beach all week regardless of the units shortcomings. Kitchen was stocked with pans and dishes. Boogie board, umbrella and nets for crab hunting. Had 2 small cheap chairs but we had our own so we didn't use.Take a hard look at the photos of the bed in the master. It is comically high. I'm 6 foot and had to jump into it. Sitting up risks a collision with the ceiling fan. Wife used a step stool to get in and out.Few things that have been mentioned before in reviews are still true. Furniture is old and tore up. The remotes don't work and are not even the right ones for the smart tvs. Tried all remotes in all rooms as well. Master TV remote works but others were all useless even with new batteries. Can use buttons on TV for VCR and DVD but nothing beyond that. The patio doors to the dining area need replaced and could only be opened with the strength of a full grown man so it just stayed open all week. Curtain rods pulled from wall barely hanging on. If I had to guess it was from guests creating there own curtains. The only curtains are sheer so you wake up at sunrise like it or not. No privacy if going to bed in master and anyone still on the patio.If you set your expectations to a motel 6 level you will be fine. We booked only 1 month out and were limited on options. We would not book again.
