Vi blev kär i läget, enhetens kvalitet och komplexa och utsikten.

Detta är en övre (femte) våningen, rökfria villa med utsikt från balkongen på miles och miles av stranden. Byggnaden ligger på viken med en uppvärmd inomhus / utomhuspool och badtunna.

Orange Beach / Gulf Shores-området upptäcks snabbt som en av de stora semestermålen vid havet i världen med 32 mil socker vita sandstränder, nio golfbanor, 100+ fiske charterbåtar, tre nöjesparker och över 16 000 platser till stanna kvar.

Small and quant, but perfect for our family of 4 (children shared room). With a daughter in a wheelchair, it was a bit challenging (we understood this going in) but completely doable! The general cleanliness was good. The beach access was short and the parking availability was great! Thank you, Beth and Bob!

Great location and property. We were not able to use the pantry which resulted in us having to put all of our groceries on the counter and the table, this took up much of our space. I would also recommend leaving more trash bags and toilet paper for guest. With five people, this lasted three days. Overall great stay and I would recommend to other travelers. Thank you.

Perfect location right on the beach. Great view from the balcony. An older building but a well appointed unit with comfortable beds and furniture. We needed something close to The Cottages at Romar where other family was staying & this is right next door.

We were aware that we needed parking passes upon checkin. I walked into the condo and found one on the coffee table and a second on top of the fridge. I’m 5’10, so this pass was in plain sight for me and it was sitting by a decorative basket. We used these passes with no issue until I texted “Beth” telling her I needed a third pass (that I was willing to pay for) for our late guest. As soon as “Beth” realized we were using the pass (in plain sight) on the fridge, she sent me a bill for it, plus a bill for the third pass. I told her I felt this was dishonest, to leave passes in plain sight, then only send bills when they are mentioned. She dismissed me. She was not prompt in billing me for the third pass and when I told her we were ready for it, she was “at the gym”.Other than that, this was a decent condo with low foot traffic on the beach.

Wonderful beach!

A great place to stay if your main concern is being on a clean beach with a smaller crowd. Not really walkable but a close drive to everything on the main strip for Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. Building is old though. The condo is on the 5th floor and the elevator was out for half our stay.

The condo was as cute as it could be, and the owners communicated well; it was well-maintained and clean (although it does need a bigger sofa). Had an issue with a bathroom, and it was repaired as soon as it was mentioned. The view was great. And it being a smaller building, it was much quieter than a large high-rise. Cons of the stay are the elevator, kinda scary and hot. We stayed at Harbor Place many years ago, and time is catching up with it. It is a great place overall. We will stay again.

Short get away!

We wanted to get away for the weekend and this place was the perfect spot. It was clean and provided all the amenities needed for the weekend. They even provided laundry and dish detergent. The location was perfect for going to eat it was close to everything and the beach out front wasn’t overcrowded. We will definitely stay again.

Would not stay again

This is an obstructed view with little open view to the beach. I asked the owner before booking & was told it was not obstructed. But, the larger issue is the condition of the unit & building. The unit was dirty, both from the prior renters & needed a deep clean. The freezer had chocolate running down it. The ice tray & refrigerator were dirty. The doors were dirty from top to bottom. Baseboards had an inch plus of dirt, hair & filth. The toilet bowl had a surface clean but not deep clean. The comforters were dingy & stained but the sheets looked washed. The curtains in the master were taped together on one side & held together by towel clips on the other side. The window frame & vents had mold & rust. The couch is very worn & dingy. One of the leather chairs is stained. The floor rugs are worn out& stained. The outdoor furniture is rusted. The kitchen “starter” pack was a used sponge. The dish soap was not a starter but about an 1/8th of a previous bottle. the dish soap & hand soap had been mixed with water so they were not soap at that point. The unit needs a complete deep clean & paint job. The building is old & dirty & in need of new carpet/flooring & a paint job in halls. My one positive was the owner said we could enter upon arrival before check in time. I sent pictures to the owner. Cleaners returned with bleach. It was better but not clean-needs a true deep clean. We killed 2 roaches. I asked for an exterminator but owner quit responding. VRBO was not helpful.

Perfect place on the beach!!

We had a wonderful week at 507!! We could not have chosen a more perfect spot. The beds are super comfy and the view is lovely. Fully stocked kitchen — even has a keurig. We will definitely be back!!

Annual beach trip

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The only downside I would say were the elevators. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions or requests we had. I would recommend staying here. The beds were the best part!

Beach Weekend Getaway!!

We loved it! Check in was super easy! It was perfect for a Family of 4 (two adults & two kids) & a grandmaw! We wished we would’ve booked it longer! Beach Access was great! We also enjoyed the pool! Great location, close to Doc’s, live bait, the arcade & more!

Excellent location and host

This condo was an excellent find for my family of 5, baby included! Our cruising infant was so happy exploring, and the areas were fairly baby friendly where she couldn't destroy stuff & stuff couldn't hurt her. I specifically looked for a place with comfy rockers and a short walk to the beach. This place was great. The check-in process was the easiest and quickest I have ever experienced. A+++ on check-in. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we left a small, expensive item behind, and the host was very gracious in working with us and communicating, very kind.

Great for families

The condo was wonderful and as advertised! Good location, kid friendly great amenities. There seemed to be a lot of families staying in the building, so it was a bit noisy at times. But it didn’t bother us as we were traveling with small children anyway. The towels and bed linens were nice and comfortable.
