Stadsbostad med två sovrum på gångavstånd till alla hotspots

Stadsbostäder i Gulfside är ett komplex med låg täthet med 250 fot vid stranden. Inga höghöjningar på vardera sidan vit sand och klart blått vatten är hisnande vackert! Fantastiskt centralt läge, på gångavstånd till olika restauranger, Hang Out, livsmedelsbutiker och många souvenirbutiker. Det finns också ett stort utloppsgalleria i närheten och några roliga sparsamhetsbutiker! Familjevänligt stadshus med en snyggt anlagd privat innergård i centrum av det U-formade komplexet. Njut av bekvämligheten med en privat grill, bord och stolar under enheten och en av de största strandpoolerna i Gulf Shores. Denna tvåvåningshus kommer att sova åtta personer med två sovrum 2 1/2 bad 1150 ft², med täckt parkering för två bilar direkt under enheten finns det ingen över eller under dig, bara gå upp en trappa till trappan första våningen med en öppen layout inklusive vardagsrum matsal kök halv bad och tvättstuga. Vardagsrummet har en privat balkong med utsikt över den stora poolen och innergården med utsikt över stranden. Det finns också en bäddsoffa i queen size-storlek och en 48-tums smart-TV med Netflix och Hulu. Matsalbordet har sex stolar, två barstolar. Köket har ett nytt handfat och är fullt utrustat för att tillgodose alla dina behov. På övervåningen finns ett sovrum med egen privat balkong med utsikt över poolen, privat badrum, queen size-säng, sittgrupp, 32 tums platt-TV. Det andra sovrummet har också ett eget privat badrum, queen size-säng, våningssängar och en 32-tums platt-TV. Vår familj har haft Gulf Shores i många år, det är en plats där du kan njuta av alla typer av underhållning, unik shopping och utsökt lokal mat. För oss är huvudattraktionen vackra vita sandstränder där vänner och familj samlades för att njuta av det klara blå vattnet och många spännande vattenaktiviteter. Strandstolar, leksaker och paraply tillhandahålls.

2nd time but won't be the last

This is our 2nd trip and we absolutely love it here. It's perfect for families of all ages. The kitchen is fully furnished and the washer and dryer are in the condo. The owners respond quickly. It's a quick walk to restaurants, souvenirs, or a little grocery store. We will definitely be back!

Gulf Shores 2025

We had a great time at the townhouse. It was well stocked and I was impressed they had outdoor chairs, corn hole boards, sand toys, a grill and all the amenities you could need. It is in a great location and easy access to all the fun spots. The pool was beautiful and the beach is right there too. I would highly recommend! Stephanie had great communication!

Great stay!

Weather was perfect all week and ocean was warm. Perfect condo for our family. I like that there were no elevators to wait for or parking garages. Very laid back. There were no crazy party people running around.

Perfect place for a beach getaway

Clean, roomy, great pool, perfect location. We were close to everything! The Hangout and lots of restaurants were a short walk away. The 2 full and one 1/2 bath was a game changer with three teenagers. Will definitely be back!

Clean, Comfortable and Relaxing

Nice property and a great location. Our unit was clean, comfortable and everything we needed for a week of enjoyment at the beach. The balcony from each floor gives you a great view of the beach and works great for early morning coffee. You won't be cooking Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen as it is not very big but, hey, who goes to the beach to cook? If you have mobility issues age related or otherwise, you need to know that there are some number of stairs you have to climb to get from the parking slot up to the first floor. No way around that as all properties on the beach are off the ground for good reason. I'm 68 with arthritis and I managed it. You can look around the area but I'm not sure you can find a nicer property than this one. We are synchronizing our calendars for next summer's trip!

Perfect for a Girls' Trip!

This condo is in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach easily, and the pool was right beside the condo. We went for a girls' trip and had plenty of room. The area was super quiet around us. We never heard the neighbors or any road noise.

Amazing property

The pictures are exactly what you will receive when visiting. I enjoyed my stay, the host was very professional in assisting my needs, and the view is breath taking. Parking was front door, and the pool and lake were a few steps away. I'd book again!

Good week

The condo was as expected. Only down was the shower in bathroom was broken. Owner communicated they had a plumber coming out and he did on Saturday, but the shower wasn't fixed until Friday. It made it tough having 5 adults using one shower. Other then that everything was good and would stay again

Too close to the Gulf! Just kidding!!

Hated the 15 steps to get in, but our knees have never been in such great shape after four days. We knew that we were not cooking, so the tiniest kitchen that we have ever seen in 68 years, didn’t bother us. Loved the balcony and the views and the pool and waves were so close. Slept great every night but wish the toilet seats were higher. Glad we were notified to take laundry detergent for the towels. We loved that we were able to park so close to the unit. Your iron and ironing board remained on vacation too. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Amazing Get Away

We walked in and fell in love with the place! The kids were so happy and everything was so accessible and easy to use. I actually researched buying the property! After a beautiful time at the beach, my small Grandchildren said” we want to go home”, they were referring to our beach condo! We will be coming again!!

Family trip (**Nightmare Day 1**) y'all keep ur slippers on.

There were no entryway lights on, we had to search for switch. The unit had a musty odor because the air was not running & lacked proper cleaning. The entire unit is very dated, with oversized furniture which made it feel small for 6 ppl. The kitchen had a counter top microwave that was dirty. The cabinet & draws did not have liners & many of the kitchenware had spots/stains. The range oven showed spils from last use. The Upstairs berber carpet was soiled. The main bedroom mattress had stains (we didn't need to know what the cause was but that's gross). A ladder was stored under that bed! None of the mattresses had waterproof protectors nor matttress pads (gross!!). The bathroom liners were brownish red from buildup. One toilet had traces of someone's previous use making us gag!!! **Because we didnt have anywhere else to stay, we found the nearest Walmart & bought cleaning supplies & vinyl mattress covers for the beds. I put all the bedding into the washing machine on extra hot wash cycle b4 we put them back on the beds (comforters, sheets & all). Wipped down all hard surfaces. Myhusband went to work scrubbing all the bathrooms & changing the shower liners **IT WAS NightmareDay 1** I took pictures & sent to the owner, she was apologetic said she'd send the cleaners out next day. We were VERY dissapointed, as this is BasicCleanliness101. Next day cleaners vaccumed what my allergies sensed that night; changed air filter that was dbl stacked&brown w/dust. Slippers on inside
