"Royal Palms 406 ligger vid 561 East Beach Boulevard i Gulf Shores, Alabama. Detta bedårande ett sovrum, två badrumsenhet har fantastiskt läge och till och med gångbarhet till Gulf State Park Pier! Med en king size-säng i master-sviten, hallen våningssängar (endast för barn snälla) och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, kan denna enhet rymma upp till 6 personer bekvämt. Stranden på stranden har fantastisk utsikt medan du njuter av sikten, ljud och dofter av Mexikanska golfen! Denna enhet har ett fullt utrustat kök och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din komfort och bekvämlighet. Det finns 2 TV-apparater, en Blue-ray DVD-spelare och WiFi för att hålla dig uppkopplad och underhållad under din vistelse.

Royal Palms är en vacker fastighet med massor av utmärkta bekvämligheter. Som ett läge vid stranden har du enkel tillgång till den vita sandstranden i Gulf Shores varje dag! Det finns både en inomhus- och en utomhuspool, träningsrum, ångbad och bastu. Observera att det finns ett nytt grillplats. Byggnaden har två hissar för att få tillgång i hela byggnaden.

Best location on the beach

This condo is situated next to the Gulfshore’s State Park and 1/2 mile from the pier. This is the best part. We stayed end of August so no crowds and thankfully good weather. The unit we stayed in was very small but good for 2 people. The second bathroom was small as one could be and still have small vanity, toilet and shower. Bed comfortable. Needs new furniture and lamps with usb ports. Great balcony. Furniture needs new cushions. Great view. Didn’t use pools but looked clean.

Beautiful views. Had everything needed for cooking for the family. Overall all everything was great. Only downfall was the cleanliness. Cabinet handle/knobs were greasy and freezer was a bit dirty. Decorative pillow for bed were dirty with white spots on them. Beds were comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four.

Weekend Trip to Gulf Shores

main security gate on road was broken all weekend. main glass security door at elevators broken all weekend. security concerns. only 1 of 2 elevators worked all weekend. very inconvenient. wasn't able to get the TV to work until the 2nd day. multiple remote controls. finally figured out one didn't belong. then it took two remotes to turn on TV and cable box. some simple directions would be nice. positives: room very nice and clean. very close to beach. beach clean with rental chairs by nice people.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach and wonderful view. The property is at a great location. Close to the state park and 59. Only issue would be the sofa bed in the living room. The mattress is old and you can feel the springs. Bunk beds need to be for little kids.

Beautiful Beachfront View and excellent Gulf Shores location.

We found this rental unit to be clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We would be happy to rent this unit again and recommend it and Bender Realty to family and friends.

Gorgeous view of the gulf from balcony. Wonderful to walk out onto the beach from the condo complex. Close to many choices for dining, recreation and shopping. We love Gulf Shores!

Condo provides great location, ease of access to beach. Unit is very dated, over decorated, too much stuff for small space on walls. Master Shower Dripped but would stop if you keep turning knob. Description did not inform you of no smart tv's. Could not stream until I went to buy a cable to make it work. Called after hours for help, no call back. Limited kitchen items. Requested that pest service not come, he came anyway, fortunately, was there and told him to come back after we checked out the next day. He said he knew but forgot. Furniture needs replacing. bathrooms really small.

Overdue visit to Beach!

The ocean front view was great! I do think you property needs to have more than 2 handicap parking places for a faculty as large as this. Especially, when some of the OWNERS park in the designated parking for paying guests. ( The owners have their own parking area and need to use it!) Some days their car never moves! The bathrooms are a little small!

Boardwalk

This property was perfect for our stay. I love that it is the last condo heading towards the state park. Less crowded. I would recommend that someone might suggest to the owner/rental property owners of the entire building that several boards on the boardwalk need to be replaced for safety concerns of guests.

Nice view, easy booking - smaller than it appears

The properties location is nice. Great view and at the end of the run of condos near the state park made the beach less busy. The condo is smaller than it appears in the photos and the air filter was in desperate need of cleaning. That’s my biggest complaint. The cleaning fee should cover the replacement of that filter with each guest or at least once a month.

It was not as clean as I would have preferred.

The floors were not clean. There was so much sand on the floors that I wore my shoes except when I went to bed. Also the shower faucet in the master bed room dripped the whole time we were there a d we did not use it we used the other bathroom.

Quiet Calm perfect for families

The property was on the far end away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Just a quick hop down the elevator and boom right on the beach which was clean, and not to crowded. The ocean was calm and peaceful, perfect for my 2 kiddos. Everything was perfect this trip the only complaint would be the Chair and Umbrella company setting up right in front of the property not allowing access for those with their own chairs and tents. It was fine we just moved down farther, but seemed odd. Alabama folks are very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Best spot on Gulf Shores beach - next to State Park and pier - less crowded than other places we’ve stayed. Fourth floor was perfect view! Very minor issues - no real skillet, dryer was a little rusty, need to bring toilet paper as provision was very small for the length of stay. TV didn’t work on Day 1 but they sent very nice gentleman to fix it the next morning. We will definitely rent this one again.
