Review

Property looked much better online than in person. Was not very clean, very small, not satisfied with VRBO process. Do not plan to use VRBO in the future if possible.

Great location!

Location is within walking distance to many hot spots which we were very happy about. The condo was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend staying here.

Would stay again

The condo was a little tight in space. It looked larger in the pictures but it was nicely furnished and king bed was comfortable. Fabulous view from balcony. Kitchen was nicely stocked although no blender which was a bummer for us…no morning smoothies. Elevator was not working but that didn’t bother us as we took the stairs. The walls are pretty thin so it was noisy at times. We had a great week overall!

Great location! I was a little upset the elevator didn’t work 4 out of the 5 days we were there. It’s not too fun carrying beach stuff back and forth up three flights. I emailed management but never got a response. Other than that, the condo was pretty good.

Updated condo

The condo was super cute and updated. It was the perfect location to the beach. The elevator was pretty sketchy, though. Otherwise, will totally stay there again.

Nice location but property management just okay...

Great location that is steps from the beach but the inside wasn't the cleanest, needed a few updates (i.e. broken mirror) and had very limited supplies like dish washing liquid and toilet paper. Not sure why they can't provide enough for your stay like other rentals I've stayed at. With a few minor tweaks this could be a 5 star rating.

Okay for a short stay

The unit itself was nice. Clean for the most part, master shower had some mold in it. House keeping was there before we had even checked out, so we were very shocked when we came back to someone in the unit before we were packed up completely. Not ideal for a long trip but perfect for a short weekend getaway.

Great condo!

Great stay and a really nice condo! Only thing description doesn't mention is they only give 1 parking pass during holiday weekends. The parking lot never filled up so the security worked with us.

Great location, beautiful beach

Location, location, location!! It doesn't get much better than this. In the heart of everything. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The condo was exactly as described. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Ideal

Our family of five, which includes three boys ages 8-14, really enjoyed this rental. It had everything we needed. We especially loved the ocean view! The beds were a little too firm for us, but other than that, it was just about perfect.

We LOVED it. So close to everything and well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay during our recent girls trip. We couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach, chair rentals, Sea N Suds restaurant and even Parasailing. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The only thing we would change is making the beds king size. That being said the beds were both very comfortable as was the futon sleeper. We loved having the market right across the street for quick necessity runs. Everyone was so kind and welcoming everywhere we went! We can’t wait to come back!

Exactly as we expected it to be.

Beautiful space. JUST enough room for a family of 5. GREAT views. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch kids on the beach. Only a couple of suggestions: we bought salt and pepper and left it there. It would’ve been great to have, as well as dish washing liquid for hand washing dishes. Also...maybe a towel rack on balcony since it’s forbidden to hang towels on railing? Otherwise perfect stay! Thank you!

Couldnt have asked for more! Perfect!

Everything abkut this stay was incredible. Starting with the location which was thw best part by far. I had done SO much searching and this was it! I love that the beach restaurant was just steps away. As soon as we arrived we went straight there and ate. The restaurant is literally on the sand in the middle of the beach! We did not need to get in our car at all. Walking distance to ALL the cool spots like the Hang Out which is our favorite! Also a little market is directly across the street which is very convenient. Only time we drove was except was to peir which was about a 2 min drive. Then also when we went on a dolphin cruise in orange beach which was about a 10 min drive. Our view from the balcony was perfect. This condo is right on the beach. Ok so about the condo itself. It was perfect. I looked at a lot of the units that were older and out of date but this place was fresh and updated. New style cabnits and granite. Nothing old. Also the kitchen was literally stocked to the brim with literally everything you could possibly imagine. K I dont know how they thought of everything. All the decor was beach perfect. But not cheesy beach decor like a lot have. The bed i slept on was comfortable. And i know the person who slept of the couch futon bed said it was surprisingly very comfortable as well. We really enjoyed being able to grill out outside at the community grill. Nice flat screen tvs in every room. Also this unit was not near es expensive as the ones right next door. The unit is narrow and small when you walk in so if you bring one of the carts up for luggage its can be am awkward squeeze buy no biggie. And the cleaning staff did get there about 10 min early and knock on our door making us rush to get out. When we were all out we still had 2 min left. So just a warning to be very prompt about the 10:00 check out. I also didnt realize the check in check out location was at a completely location from the actual condo. But its on the way so no biggie either. I was a little confused about the check in process at first. And they close at 7! But still those are just some heads ups to note. Overall this was 100 % perfect and i will defiantly be staying here in the future
